On Fire Events
Based on recent customer reviews, On Fire Events is facing significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily linked to the cancelled and rescheduled Jamie Fine concert. Customers consistently mention long outstanding refunds, unanswered emails, blocked social media accounts, and non-functional phone lines. A recurring theme is frustration with poor communication and a perceived lack of accountability after shows were cancelled at short notice. While a single supporter praised the company for eventually securing the artist and adding extra Cape Town shows, the overwhelming sentiment reflects broken trust around ticket refunds and event delivery.

Last year October we were supposed to go watch a Jamie Fine concert it got cancelled a day before. They said we would get a refund after 60 days. It is now well after 60 days and no refund. Emailing them does not help at all as they do not answer very very bad service. Still waiting on my refund

It seems I'm not the only one who were ****med by this company for the Jamie Fine show that was supposed to happen in May 2025 and then moved to October 2025. No refund, no communication. I hope we can all boybott them and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else

I’m very disappointed for the way they handled my cancellation. I bought 2 tickets for Jamie Fine show then in April another one for my husband and for a coolerbox. In July I received a form to complete because I had to cancel. Both my daughters fell pregnant and the delivery dates were clashing with the concert dates. I filled it again and send because I didn’t get my money back of which they said will be 28 days. I have send multiple emails and then to payfast as well who copied them into the reply they send me. Still no respond and still no payment received from them. Jamie came and is gone and we never went yo her concert. They are unreliable and possibly ****mers when it’s time to pay back to those who couldn’t go and cancelled way ahead of the actual date. Shame on you and I hope you will have great fun with what you owe me

Terrible Services, even though they cancelled Jamie Fine concert less than 48 hours before the event and promise to refund we are still waiting. No replies on E-mails or even any feedback. I really wonder who is getting all the interest on the ticketholders money for a show that was never delivered.

I bought tickets for the Jamie Fine concert, which was first rescheduled and then cancelled less than 24 hours before the show. After both cancellations, I am still waiting for my refund.
