No Communication after a refund has been promised. Emails, FB Comments, Messengers etc.... No Help, No Communication.
I am a long standing client with telkom, used to be very happy with the service. Then SellDirect contacted me for my upgrade. A phone was sent that I did not want. After many complaints, no-one assisted me. Randall from Sell Direct activated the sim after I asked him not too. I am now stuck with a phone that I do not want and a huge account I refuse to pay. Let s see if Telkom helps me sort this out.
They phoned me for an upgrade, The agent told me the phone is the newer version of what I have, I then ordered the phone. When it got here, it was a much smaller phone, I followed the rules and tried to send it back and cancel the agreement. Randal from Selldirect dismissed me completely and activated the sim after I told him not too, I do not want this phone and I am now being billed for this phone against my authority. It is a HUGE mistake for Telkom to be in business with this company. I am lodging a complaint with registrar also as nobody wants to assist me.
I have dealt with a few different Web and Domain service providers and up to this point HostAfrica has been the most help, always available and very, very able to assist in every way. Not one problem is too big or small for them to handle. GreatJob! and WellDone!
