MTN Superflex Nightmare
I took out a MTN Superflex “prepaid” contract @ R299 on 28 February however I get billed 2 x R299 each month. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get this resolved through trying to speak to a human on 083135, via numerous emails to MTN complaints and even complaints resolution. I will now escalate to ICASA. To add to my frustration yesterday I received a message saying my payment was unsuccessful and I have no airtime. That’s unbelievable considering I am paying double!!!!!

Struggling to get my R700 refund
I ordered a pair of tackies and as per their Ts & Cs I wanted to return them so I didnt collect them from Takealot. On 14th April I received confirmation that the order had been cancelled and to allow up to 10 days for a refund. To date no refund has been received and my queries about my R700 refund go unanswered. Very dissatisfied with this.

RAIN 5G - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THE NIGHTMARE'S NOT OVER
I ordered and paid R699 for the Rain 5G unlimited home std package and within 2 days received the package with RICAd sim and activated. Before making this decision and because of all the negative comments on FB, I checked with a couple of people in my area and based on that feedback I thought it would be alright. But then the struggle began. I queried why I paid R699 on 22nd March and my next invoice of R699 is due 1st April - logged a query before I even received the router - reference *** - am yet to hear from them. Trying to get set up has been HELL! Walked around the house with the router plugged into an extension cable trying to get 5G - only get 4G. Tried to get assistance all day via phone (after holding on more than 1 HOUR on TWO separate occasions I had to give up), tried the chat option to no avail (one auto-prompt suggestion was cancel and return router which would be an option based on my poor experience except we're now in lock down) Have been trying to set up the router for hours to just settle on some sort of connectivity with no luck. Extremely frustrated, bitterly unhappy and very upset. Compared to MWeb Rain is really pathetic.
