MCarthy Volkswagen in Middelburg closed down. I had exellent service there since 2010. I drive my fourth Amarok. They closed down without notice. Emalahleni is far from me and they dont pick up the phone. Where do I go? I Have a paid up full service plan. Is Volswagen closing down in SA?

Volkswagens serice in MP Mpumalaga deteriarated over the last year. They closed branch suddenly without notice in one of the few growing hubs in SA. I drive my fouth Amarok. Mcarthy Volkswagen Emalahleni does not even pick up the phone. Where do I go now? From personel service to no service? I have a full service plan but no service option.

I have been with Standarbank for 30 years. I have various accounts and of different sorts. I am very happy with departments Private banking, Share trading, home loans. But if you want to make your life hell, try and deal with the business account department of either Mpumalanga or Limpopo. I have transferred my account to Limpopo because the Mpumalanga region just don't exist. You just don't get hold of anybody on any day, and if you do it is just talk and no feedback. Limpopo was slightly better, after a lot of energy and escalation through private banking and noise from myself. But it just does not change. I am writing this because I am no struggling for a month to get a simple card out of them. I give them information, when I eventually get hold of some alive person. They then promise the world and refer you to other people. I give them al them information just to get a email a week later requesting the same information. I rep**** on 11July to an email requesting the final information on the card. It is a week later. No response. Nobody at Bela-Bela branch business will pick up the phone. I ahve a so called representative called Daizie or Paulina but I think she is permanently on holiday , because you just don't get to speak to her. The regional manager from Polokwane, Antoinette, came back but no results, just sweat talk. I believe my application for the credit card for my business of 14 Years with Standard bank is now open for a month. I am a professional person that is in good standing, a great relationship and with a good credit record with Standard bank for more than 30 yrs., and I can say with a clear conscience they seriously drop the ball at the business department. If you read this be warned.
Standardbank have serious issues wuth their internet banking. I have been a custimer for 30 yrs. I have seven different accounts with Srandard bank. As I type here it is now 15 minutes that I am waiting just ti get logged in. The app on my phone is not working. The trading account work but the bank app is jus hanging. The PC site takes for ever. This will make me change my bank.
I am still struggling with Vox to get service for the tracking device that they market. It is about a year now. They have discontinued the App service that they supplied without letting me know months ago. I have signed up more paperwork to get the new so called cloud based service but no cigar. There is one person Poena who really try his best to follow up but it seems that all odds are against him. The only thing that they do do well though is their continuous threads for the discontinuing of their service that they anyway do not supply. What a joke. I wish somebody can really investigate and punish Vox for the criminal way in which they do business. How many customer's money have they stolen in this way?
Vox telecon specialise in exploiting customers by selling dysfunctional services.They are excellent at collecting and managing their income and sending threatening letters to inform you that your service is discontinued, but they will not respond on a complaint that the same service is actually not working. It is also evident that they also do not respond to Hello Peter complaints. I have a fully paid account for my tracking device while the service has never worked.
I locked my keys in my car in Belfast. I called for roadside assitance fom Miway. I had to phone back three times only for them to tell me after a hour that they dispatched a locksith from Jhb 3hrs away! They dont think wat they do. They don't care and ... they only call back if you harras them.
Vox can sell you a tracker and also some other nice sensors. They can also provide you with a quite ok IOTapp that provide the info. They will also bug you if you missed a payment and send you letters to discontinue the service. But what they really struggle to do is to keep up their end of the bargain. If the tracker data fail to update you need to report it and then the fun starts. The marketting, accounts an tech guys sèem to work for differnt companies and do not share the same information. You can log a complained and yes they do come back. Usualy it take two weeks and you have given up on it. Nice tech. I just wish they ciukd improve their servuce.
