Net on and off
Same story as all reviews its monday again and internet slow and goes on and off we need to work and cannot go on like this and im not phoning u u can phone me or i change and posting so every one can see

Good day i would not recomend this company im wit them for such long time but recently gaving a lot of issuse if line is not slow it get suspended last month suspended for R25 this month it is suspended and no one helps me im having a cell number and we comunicate via whatsapp no they dont respond

Absa waterfall worst bank
Very bad service as on month end 2 tellers availble and slow talking to much nonsense in absa waterfall mall branch Have to wait approx 3hrs for somthing worst bank and best part i only signed up there a minth ago

Poor service
Very poor Pay every month on the 25 -26 and get disconnected on last day of monht and gets told no payments recieved and I have to call in all the time caller 16 send a whatsapp to then and im told its on and its still off they increase the payment every 2-3 months and tells us the speed goes up but when u do speed test its the same are we getting ****ed or what

Paid up account now when requesting paid up letter they have a lot of stories about this and that it takes the credit bereu 20 day to updaye itc score it takes them and blink same company 32 days for paid letter what is the use then worst companies ever stay away if u want to keep a good credit score

good day tried phone the office it keeps on dropping line i wanted to find out some info on a loan but the consultants are short of speech and gives incomplete info could anyone be so kind to ring me i paid up my arrears but still a problem
