My Mom is admitted at Durdoc hospital a doctor did a procedure on her two weeks back my mom was discharged after two day but beca of serious pains she was admitted again. Since she went back to Durdoc she’s been seriously sick and nurses said the doctor said she must go back home because Dr K is only coming back on the 7th of October my Mom has be vomiting since she can’t keep anything in , she complaining about pain and always crying complaining about pain and that doctor is nowhere to be found to check on her patient. The whole family is worried about the treatment my mom is getting and yet the hospital is claiming on here medical aid everyday. Every family member that went and visited my mom is complaining that my mom has not been given proper care. We that even medical aid Gems should intervene when issues like this arise. Can the hospital manage please help Mr Thulasizwe Mngadi
I was admitted on the 8th of July 2022 and had to have an emergency surgery on the 9th of July 2022. Payment options were never discussed with me , I was under the impression that my medical aid plan would cover all costs with co-payments, with my unlimited hospital plan. Now I am receiving a bill from my then anaesthetist of R22 226,20 Co-payment. They should have made me aware of the co-payment so I could plan accordingly. The hospital ( Arwyp) and anaesthetist ( Dr Yamba) are part of the discovery network. Dr Yamba say’s I’m liable for the amount discovery did not pay which is R 22 226,20.
Late November 2021 Sanlam sky sent me a message as there client that in December they will be debating my monthly premium early because most companies will paying employees early. Then they sent an SmS to say they will be debating on the 15 of December 2021 I did not have an issue with that because I still had money in the bank. On the 15 December they did not debt and I made a call to arrange again with them since I was payed on 17 December 2021 I requested them to debt on the 28 December nothing happened. Today it the 29 when I call them they are now saying this request will take 5 working days mind you my normal debt order goes off on the 30th of every month. Now they are saying it not possible for them to debt there incompetency is inconveniencing me now.
Good morning I would like to send a Big Thank you to Janine Olivier from National Debt Advisors for helping after two years suffering being red flagged no credit institute wanted to help clear my name but it took Janine one week to fix all my problems. she kept updating me with every finding she could get last week. Today she called with great news that I have been cleared and NCR has confirmed that I have been clear. Just got my life back on track thank you National Debt Advisor, Janine and NCR for the great service. Big ups
Compuscan credit bureaus and Experian SA both companies are a disappointment because of the incompetence and wrong data of me in their system. I've been trying to communicate with them via email. Every year I've been sending them all my settlement letters. I paid of all my debit in 2019 but up until today I'm still Red flag I can't open an account anywhere I go my life is stand still. I need to buy a house I can't do that because of the incompetence of these to companies about my credit record. I need them to clear my name.
Hi my name is Nontobeko Cebekhulu last year 2019 I settled my loan and credit card account with Capitec bank . I paid up on the 19th of August 2019. In October 2019 I was still receiving a lot of SMSs from Capitec bank saying I owe them I'm in arrears I need to pay. I went to one of the Branch in Festival mall I ask them to close my credit card because it was still showing active on the bank app + the SMSs . They assured me that everything is closed. Up antil today I'm still getting SMSs . Today debited my account took R152.66 and I don't owe them anything we cut the credit card last year and it paid up but today 5am they sent an SMS saying I owe R152.66 in the afternoon they debited. I have a settlement letter as prof both of my References for closed credit card and loan 1540651467 & 6003061102 . I need clearence from Capitec bank why did they take my money I want it back. I called there call centre they said that I need to go to the branch and my problem all branch's close to me I closed. What makes me more angry is the opened branch is fer now I gonna put my life at risk and take taxis. I don't want to be exposed .
