These people are ****mers, please stay away. My sister bought a new Renault Kiger from them, the deal was done telephonicaly. When they came to deliver the car it was a 2nd hand car with more than 100 000kms on the odometer. Mind you, the car cost R230 665 for a f**** 2nd hand car. So my sister refuse to accept the car and sent it back with the driver who delivered the car. So she is not in posession of the car and the dealership is sitting with the money. Please steer clear of these ****mers. She is in the processing of laying charges against MKR Auto.
I had a conract for a few years with MTN, which was a promotional data contract, I paid R322.13 for around 300gigs data. Last month my contract came to an end on 12 September. Like a fool I waited till that day and called them to say I'm not going forward with the contract because their network coverage has deteriorated in the area where I live. So the agent told be I have already been billed for the next month and that I should have stopped the contract 21 days prior to it ending, which I was not aware of. So yesterday I just get a message saying you have started incurring costs from your spend limit and Whoop they debit R2119 from my account(for 300gigs of data). I phoned in to tell them I did stop the contract but all they say is that the contract was not stopped 22 days prior to it ending so they cant do anything about it, they have already allocated the 300gigs of data and that it costs R2119 out of promotion. So MTN has forever lost a customer. I cannot afford to throw R2119 in the water for data that I cannot even use due to the poor coverage in my area. Never, never and never again MTN.
So a few weeks ago I recieved a sms from my bank that my balance is -R2000, although I do not have an overdraft facility with them. The arrears are due to a wrongfull legalwise debit that has been going off from my account since October 2017. After phoning legalwise I was informed that the policy holder is a Mr Masego, whom I do not know. I have repeatedly sent e-mails requesting them to reverse all the payments into my account but to no effect, not even a phonecall! Thus I have avoided making deposits into that account, due to the arrears, only to get a notification this morning that my bank account has been closed due to this situation! I am livid
So I was approached by a lady from cell C offering me a contract. I told her if I take out the contract they have to use my current Cell C number and convert it to the contract. She did so and upon delivery I will get 2 simcards. Which she explained to me, I must ignore the one theat comes with the fone and just use the other one seperately packaged, which contains the number had. So now, after 2months I got a huge bill. When I querried about it they said I have 2 contracts, thus the one sim she said to ignore is a data contract sim. I do not want, have not used or even activated that sim. When I phoned again they told me I should pay the full amount for my phone to be re-activated. After paying the full amount they just say I must wait till after lockdown because they blocked the account and can only be unlocked by their accounts department who only start working after lockdown. I am livid and dissapointed and disgusted that they treat loyal customers like this and in the midst of a national crisis!! Now i cant use the number that ive been using for more than 10 years, my primary means of communication, till after lockdown even though I paid the full amount. I'm disgusted with cell c
