Poor Management. Parking Ticket Payment machines and exiting booms are always faulty. This has been going on for years, and they have not addressed the issue.
A new tracker has been installed in my vehicle (I have technician work report as proof), when i requested my tracking details a year later, cartrack did not have any record of my vehicle. A mail from representative from Cartack said they need to install a new tracker again. Thus my company paid for a service/product which never worked, and for tax purposes i have no record of my traveling details. I could not get hold of the representative, and the online complains division could not resolve my issue, and the complaints division refused to provide me with a contact person details who can assist with my issue.
Travelstart does not care for their customers and does not have the decency or the courtesy to respond to customer inquires. I have sent multiple emails, phoned multiple times and even filled in their “online inquiry form", But without any success. No-one from Travelstart had the courtesy to respond to my inquiry. I will not recommend Travelstart to anybody.
