I wish the rating could go down to -100. Trying to get hold of MIBCO is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Trying to sort out a pensioners pension is beyond impossible! HOW in this world can a company give this bad service!!!! We're trying to change banking info and update address info. The requests have already been sent in in January 2025, and to this date, not even 1 response back - after a good couple of follow up requests to them. This is REDICULOUS!
I have been a client of MTN for roughly 25 years now. Many contracts, great service over the last years. BUT, over the last 2 years their service went from GREAT to APPALLING at the speed of light. It is almost impossible to be assisted in 1 call. Last year, an external MTN associate company made a terrible mess up of my so-called upgrade, and ever since, my contracts have been no good. So thinking of cancelling these contracts as I can get better packages at the competition, a friend said I should rather phone to see what retention packages they have. After 5 calls (where I get transferred and calls get cut off), I'm informed by an MTN agent that I should rather cancel my contract as they cannot offer me a retention package. I needed to confirm my understanding as this behavior is totally ridiculous in any business environment, but it was confirmed that it would be best to cancel. NOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THAT THE WAY YOU NOW TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?????????????
Please do not EVER make use of him. Got quotes for a building project. He gave us a competitive quote. We got quite a few references as well. After he started, he kept on referring to the bricks as "banana bricks" and said thats the reason the braai walls he built was all scew. He didn't know how to clean the cement between the bricks. We paid him for a garage door which never showed up. He "bought" 500 bricks from is to use at a different site - never saw the money or bricks again. We bought corrigated iron sheets for a roof, but he gave us the incorrect sizes, so again he said he'll exchange it, and again no money or new sheets. Everything he touched we had to redo. He disappeared from site for about a month. We eventually got hold of his mother to try and find out what is going on. Even she was shocked with the quality of work he delivered. Then he has the audacity to threaten us with a law suite if we ever dare name and shame him. He now does paintwork under a new company name. Please please please do not make use of him!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE RAIN A MISS..... They are beyond useless. NO SUPPORT, NO CONNECTIVITY, NO FEEDBACK They are quick to deduct money, quick to deliver the device, but after that hey disappear into thin air. We've been struggling to get assistance from them since last week. I understand lockdown, but you advertise that your support teams are still available. Well seems they are not sorking at all - just like your connectivity!
