Sadly I cannot give 0 becasue 1 is 1 too many. They dont answer emails AT ALL. The tracking numbers i recieved do not exist. They are a **** so please do not buy from them. Be aware
I Ordered some wine form them on the 10th of June. To date only half the order has been delivered. The Courier company tracking shows the remaining goods as being damaged at the Depot. I email them everyday only to get an automatic reply. I have asked them to call me and nothing. You cannot phone them as no number is listed. So now i am R780 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Do not support this business.
I booked accomodation for Ironman South Africa for 27 March to 30 March 2020. Due to Corona the event was cancelled and South Africa was put in lockdown from teh 26th March. I corresponded with the Hotel and they agreed atht there would be no Cancellation costs due to this. But Otel.com refuse to refund me the 300 Euros inspite of having checked with the Hotel themsselves regarding the concellation Waiver. The HOtel in SA had emailed them as such. And it is impossible to constructively engage with them as they now just don't answer my requests on their message system. And they have disconnected verbal communication lines per telephone. So my advice is use any other booking facilty but stay FAR away from Otel.com
