I am so frustrated and disappointed with Outsurance! They have become Eskom - unreliable and *************! Trying to claim under household insurance for an Xbox One and an all-in-One PC which my 6-year-old pulled off the TV stand. Get told the items are not covered under household insurance so you will need to get accidental cover for them. So, I add items including the Xbox One and all-in-one Pc to the accidental cover and asked the consultant if there are any terms and conditions or waiting periods concerning the Xbox and all-in-one Pc as I’m going to claim them. “No sir, not as far as I know” I was told. Outsurance debits my account for the newly added items but guess what, now they say I can’t claim on the already damaged items! Always quick to take your money but when there is a problem, they are quick to pass the buck from one consultant to the next, failing to call back when they meant to. I am honestly done with Outsurance!
Appalling service from Outsurance and their assessors. Put a claim in on the 3rd of August thanks to Eskom load shedding. It is now the 16th of August, am now on my 2nd Outsurance assistant and have still had no joy. Emails are are just going backwards and forwards. Quick to sign you up and make promises but when its crunch time the service in an issue. My last claim went flawlessly and I could only recommend Outsurance but now I am thinking what the hell!
Ordered 2 items which showed in stock in Cape Town and which would be delivered by the 24th of December. Today the 24th I get a notification that that my order will be delivered only on the 28th! Customer service agents excuse is Takealot is experiencing high volumes of orders. Well obviously Takealot, its Xmas! One would think a multi million Rand Company is better prepared during the festive season! Unacceptable service! Thank you for ruining our Xmas because of your incompetence!
Beware of these clowns! They making a killing with people in debt. Been paying them off for 8 years by debit order. Discovered that Pienaar Sithole & Associates never update my payments with Experian or any other credit bureaus so I still have a bad credit rating. Paid my remaining debt off cash at the establishment I owed. Pienaar Sithole & Associates still saying I am outstanding even though my statement shows R0.00. Emailed proof to them but still no credit updates from their side with Experian etc. and my bad credit rating remains, yet they still want money. Anyone who has dealings with these sharks need to know that they are taking you for a ride, they will never update your payments with credit bureaus so you will never have a good credit score.
Never order from RARU! Products showing in stock are actually not in stock! Then excuses are made suppliers are blamed and no ETA's are given. Then you have to deal with an arrogant customer care agent when trying to get a refund. Then after numerous emails a refund date is given by their accounts department. That date comes and goes with no refund in sight. Then more excuses are made "the refund needs to clear, give a day or two". A day or two later, guess what? Still no refund! Do yourselves a favour and give this crowed a miss!
Appalling sales service from Boipelo Dlamini. Applied beginning February 2020 for my Fibre connection to be moved over from Afrihost and still nothing! Blame been past to FrogFoot and Afrihost, with endless excuses after endless emails. Requested a supervisor to contact me and guess what, nothing!
