We place an order from Supersonic and we have been waiting for courier since Tuesday different drivers are callinh us everyday with different excuses, when we track the parcel it says that address is unavailable but everyday we get calls from drivers saying they are on the way. RAM YOU ARE THE WORST COURIER, Can we have our parcel today or hand it over to other couriers that will deliver our parcel!!!

Hi..l a customer of Hollywood bets for more than 4 years. I have been playing and winning with them and l have never had withdrawal issues. On the 24 of January l was playing Hot fruit and l won a small amount and l withdrawn a R100 through Instant withdrawal an email came through verifying my withdrawal request but an sms with with withdrawal voucher and pin never came through. I have queried with them inform of emails they told me my matter will be attended. I kept emailing them the only response they were good at was l must submitt my details and l did exactly that. I even called them but still nothing was done. Today is the 10th of February but l have not received that sms. On Tuesday they sent me an email saying the voucher has been redeemed where by l have never received that sms. Please tell them l want my R100 its a small amount but l want it. What triggers me the most is l have withdrawn using the same method a few days before the 2th and they were succesful. I am honestly tired of Capitec from the bottom of my heart I am beyond frustrated 😡😡😡 My account is blocked for the second time, I am a business woman for goodness sake, if my account is blocked how am I expected to work? I've been with Capitec since 2008 in 2023 when I am flagged as a scammer they don't even call and ask for my side of the story but they just close my account, I have customers monies in my account what if I loose customers and those customers tell people that I have scammed them? What than? Already they don't believe my account being closed it's like I am lying to them. All I ask for is for you to keep your account and send my money to a different bank, I have had it with Capitec. I don't want to be a Capitec client anymore!!!!
Hello I am beyond disappointed with Capitec bank, I have been a loyal customer since 2018. My account was blocked on Friday after receiving a clients money in my account since I am a runner (I stock for resellers outside Durban) when i called the bank on Friday I was told that someone by the name of Joanne/Johanna called in saying he/she sent me cash send. First of all I don't have a customer by that name, I have never taken any order sent by Capitec cash because of the long queues, I only take money from pep and in my account. There was no investigation about this, i was not informed about this they just took a decision to stop my account. I went to the bank yesterday and was asked to wait 24 hours to receive a call explaining why my account is blocked till now nothing. I am already loosing customers because of this, they are thinking I am a SCAM. All I need from them now is just my clients money so I can take it to a bank who will appreciate me, I feel like Capitec has failed me as a client. The consultant that was helping me yesterday had a very bad attitude, I felt like when I asked for clarity he expected me to know most of the answers for the Question that I asked him like I work for Capitec.
