After cancelling my team vitality and getting confirmation with ref number 11614489923. they still debited my account on 30th October for R1200 , i have now been battling for 30 days and keep getting fobbed off by them. Still no refund .
after asking them for availability on a product, they confirmed it was ex stock and they had 4. I then placed the order online same day and paid. after that I got an email to say they cannot deliver and was told 7 days min delivery. I then requested a refund . It never happened . I followed up and was told they would send the pop shortly. I then got an email later to say managment said it takes 7 days to refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I would not recommend them at all. I have also escalated further legally.
Terrible online service when dealing with Terry Isaacs, there shoe sizes are not consistent, they sent me wrong size and then when I requested a larger size, the pair I got were physically smaller . An 8.5 size is tight on somone who normally wears a 7 . Then I eventually gave up and requested a refund. Been waiting 2 weeks .... will never buy from them again.
They harass you continually on a daily basis ... I have now resorted to opening a harassment case at the police station.
I purchased a Go Dex Label Printer online from there store. After being promised free delivery and being messed around by RTT couriers i had to call them back and arrange my own collection, when receiving the unit it was not the unit i ordered online. The unit I ordered was meant to have a setup LCD screen and have built in LAN. The unit i got had neither. The store then just threw there refund policy document at me , rather than offering to resolve the issue and send the correct unit to me expedited. They advised i needed to send the unit back before they would refund me. I dont trust this company or there sales practice after being sent something i did not buy. Terrible after sales service.
Do not buy from these people been waiting since January, was told 8 weeks delivery . Still nothing to date no courtesy call and give updates or feedback. There seems to be 1 rude woman who says just send a copy of a slip and she will sort it out . Not interested in helping really . for goodness sake look up my name and advise me !!! dont just keep throwing it back at me to provide evidence of my purchase and deposit paid. Customer service leaves very little to be desired . She just argues and then hangs up the phone, has no interest in engaging with her customers , seems to think she is above the rest , when asking her who else i can deal with she states no one, so apparently she packs, sells and manufacturers all on her own.......
Unfortunately my experience with Awnmaster was not a pleasant one. They were contracted to install an awning for which they quoted , in addition this quote was a quote from them to install an isoboard ceiling, when they installed the isoboard ceiling the finish was sub standard and of poor quality and nothing like what i was expecting at all. I then got a quote from a 2nd company and was shocked to find out that awnmasters quote was in fact 4 times the price of the 2nd quote i received not to mention that the quote form 2nd supplier was for proper rhino board with cornices including a skimmed finish. I then contacted Awnmaster and requested they remove there sub standard iso ceiling, the 2nd supplier fitted there rhino board ceiling and the finish was superb and workmanship professional. 3 months later and i now have leaking issues which has caused damage to the ceiling and new cupboards that i had fitted . Upon contacting Awnmaster the owner Kevin was defensive and did not want to accept any liability at all and quite frankly was rude and unprofessional. He tried to blame the company that fitted the ceiling . i then contacted the ceiling company and they were extremely helpful and came out to site , i suggested that awnmaster be present at the same time of which they did. it was then discovered that the leaking was related to incorrect installation of awning and non existence of flashing , it was also discovered that there are gaping holes in the new awning. it has been 1 week and several attempts to contact them however they seem to not want to take accountability nor accept liability for damage caused. They only part they have informed me about is that they are coming to fit some custom aluminum piece. i have requested numerous times for formal response with regards to how they are going to solve the issue and the additional costs for cupboard damage etc. Awnmaster have a history as well, in that 2 previous jobs done by them i had to get them back to correct a carport they did for me which was not level and the use of tek *****s instead of pop rivets , there quote clearly indicated pop rivets . i would not recommend them at all
Disgusting support and they dont give a dam!, paid extra for 3 days delivery and still nothing, can never get through via online chat , they dont respond to emails, dont buy gopro
