I ordered 2bags from Superbalist.Com. The ordering process was good. However, the after service is horrible. I good an email stating that the parcel was delivered but I did not receive it. I have been trying to contact them with no luck at all. This is extremely frustrating.
I had the worst experience ever at a massage parlour, we booked for a 60 full body massage, 15 minute head massage, 15 minute foot massage, a foot scrub and tea. Although I reminded the Massuese what we wanted in the room, We only got a body massage, and were asked to pay more for “hard pressure’ in the room. We did not even get that hard pressure, it was a gentle massage - Not ideal. After the massage I asked the receptionist for the extra services we requested for, but they refused to give us the services and had us pay for a totally different package. To be honest, the quality of the massage was poor, we did not even enjoy it. This is really bad considering that we did not get what we asked for even though we communicated it very clearly. In addition to the substandard massage we got, the customer service from the receptionist was bad because she did not want to give us what we wanted, instead we paid for something totally different. Would it have killed them to give us tea, a head and foot massage and scrub? I cannot emphasise enough the number of opportunities these people had to rectify the situation. What really did it for me was when I wrote the review, the business called me and I told them exactly what I experienced and they essentially ordered me to remove this review because it is bad for their business - once more, no offer to remedy my bad experience which I paid for. I am never going to any of these franchises, I will actually rather recommend Sweet Face Thai Massage in Brooklyn Pretoria, it’s worth try the drive and a great investment of your money. That is what I call a real Thai spa with the best service across the board.
I have been a client with Rize in 2020. At the beginning of our contract, the service was great - my agent Lenn even asked that I leave a good review. However, the service was only good before signing the contract, after that, it was the worst experience ever. For instance were living in a flat with a broken bath tap which resulted in us being unable to use the bath tub. Our agent never responded to my messages, ignored my calls and emails too when I requested to speak to him. He had endless excuses, claiming that his laptop crashed and he lost all emails I had been sending, he also said he had a lot of work to do but never attended to me. He never returned my calls too. The only time he spoke to me was when he needed something from me like arranging a viewing for a new client. His bosses have never attempted to intervene. These issues continued until the end of our term. On top of everything, money that was never agreed on was deducted from our deposit. I would never recommend Rize because of its horrific customer service, they are disorganized, dishonest and clearly impossible to get a hold of, even as an existing client.
The service at telkom is the worst. The call center agents are rude and completely clueless. I struggle using night data and the excuses from the agents are always different and dont make sense.
