Fine fish co. ( Previously known as skippers ) Rock Cottage ....Yesterday I bought hake and chips from them..Well when I got home with it the fish was grey the batter looked like it had been made a week ago , it was dripping in oil!! How can you serve food like this? We hav been buying fish and chips from the same shop (skippers) for the past twenty plus years and never had an experience like this ...Sadly you have lost a long standing customer ...
I am so fed up with DSTV ..You start watching a series and then it's gone never to return, WHY? Secondly we pay a fortune which is increased yearly to watch repeat after repeat after repeat!! You have been repeating the same thing for more than ten years, or archive it after its shown to bring back and repeat again for years, not good enough..You have lost many thousands of premium subscribers, (I wonder why ? ) Wake up MultiChoice and start showing what we are paying for not twenty year old repeats!!
I have been buying from Volpes on line and instore for years, unfortunately the online buying is a disaster now ..I placed an order online and received and signed for the parcel, when I opened it realized it was not mine although my address!! I immediately phone volpes online number and told them what had happened, the gentleman was very helpful and made arrangements for it to be collected, today I sent volpes a mail to find out why I still don't have my order and they tell me yes I do I signed for it! Tried to explain what happened but to no avail..Luckily I made a copy of the wrong order and got the courier to sign it, sent that through to them and not a word!! Volpes you need to shake up your online service..I will never order online again..
It is beyond a joke now how many times the same thing is repeated! I understand that repeats are necessary, but the same thing for years? Come on DSTV. We pay a lot of money monthly to be able to watch something decent once in a while, if it was not that you hold the monopoly for sport in this country I don't think you would even exist anymore... Wake up stop repeating the same thing for years and give people what they are paying for...I doubt I will even get a response from you but that will not surprise me either ...
I don't know what has happened with Volpes. When I first started ordering online the service was great. Delivery as said between 5 and 7 working days. Now you wait to to three weeks for the item/items you order with every excuse under the sun why it's late!! You send email after email and eventually after one, two, there days you might receive a reply. It's not good enough Volpes, you need to Jack up your online ordering or you are going to loose a lot of business.
I ordered sweet and sour prawns today .. They were shocking, we could not eat it! The batter is so soggy from the watery sweet sauce that drowns everything, I requested no peas,carrots or pineapple because it's like having a fruit and veg shop in your box..Instead I got a roughly chopped up raw onion dumped all over my food..Come on guys..We have been buying from you for a few years now but of late have noticed your food is declining rapidly..Sadly we will no longer be supporting you ...
MTN . I have asked you to please cancel all Marketing ie MOMO ETC., You replied to my last request by showing me how to cancel out of bundle..Please cancel all marketing to this number...Thank you...
I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel marketing from MTN..Went into store was told to do the *135* or whatever it is does not work!! I receive a message thanking me for unsubscribing, and them get bombarded with messages again ..MTN I need you to stop sending me and to unsubscribe me from all the spam that you are sending with immediate effect. And do not say there is an opt out option because that does not work either..
I received an SMS this morning thanking me for subscribing to Reycreo!!! I NEVER SUBSCRIBED!! It is shocking that you think you can just subscribe people at a cost of R9.00 per month and get away with it ...I need this charge to be reversed with immediate affect, and please DON'T EVER try this again....
