Bad service
Food amazing service poor at the bar section. Never had such **** service at bossa. We were ignored yesterday and had to ask for cutlery after received our food. To get drinks was another story They kept on forgetting taking other peoples drinks that ordered after Us. I even fetched my own drinks because we seemed to not be tend to. To top it all off when we begged for the bill they forgot about that too and when it came to it for us to pay we got attitude. Reading this the staff that served/not served us wouldnt even remember this. All family and friends I would advise you to rather support Bossa Somerset west.

NWU sucks
I registered and paid R9000 and then due to circumstances my mom lost her job and I asked for a refund instead I was ignored and been harrassed by the call center to pay for the studies. When I explained my situation I was told to send an email. I also lost my job and not long after that I got a new job which they managed to get the contact number of. When I asked for the email address I need to email to for resolving this matter the call center staff member told me to Google it I did not attend one class, Go check all registers but I am the one that's being taken to court. Please return my money or come up with a solution on how you can solve this. Seriously don't have time for this kind of abuse I am already the only one working in my household harrassing me at work might result in me getting into trouble at work

Total Strand ripped me off, stole my money and was racist. So any justice for Black on coloured Racism I want Justice And my money back. PULL UP THAT CAMERAS AND SEE HOW I WAS GANGED UP AND WAS SCARED

Corona virus Victim
Biggest mistaks of my life, have no clue how to get out of this company. So other than the communication and incompetence. I get no assistance or feedback and am literally left with little money every month. The corona virus has impacted me financially and have explained this to them over and over no one gives a **** so when Uif pays out they gonna take that money and I might lose my car because of this and have no food during lockdown
