I've had good experience with PMD, all of my claims were approved with no hustle
1. Post-service, I noticed an air noise from the engine compartment when accelerating, indicating a lapse in the maintenance. 2. Upon revisiting the service center, the technician questioned external work on my car, raising concerns about their own service quality. I clarified that they were the exclusive service providers. 3. The recurrence of the same issue during the 60-kilometer service highlights a persistent problem and a lack of thoroughness in their maintenance procedures. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience

Bad service!! I've have been calling PMD for the past 30days just for them to approved a fender repair claim that one of their assessor did not approved because he thought the damage was not part of the accident even though the repairer did add it as an addition, everytime i call PMD I'm told to take back the car to the repairer ,the repairer tells me they are still waiting for PMD to approved it,it's back and fourth.
Yesterday I took in my car for service at VW Woodmead. The problem started when I collected the car ,once I was driving on the free way the EPC light came on and when I press the accelerator pedal a sound came from the engine compartment and I then took the car in this morning, I was told some pipes in the engine were not connected properly and it was pulling air in instead of fuel. They then sorted problem with the car, but my question is how do u give a customer the car without testing it, were quality checks done , what if something could have happened while I was driving on the free way. I'm really disappointed with VW Barons Woodmead.
