#blackfriday UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND SERVICE AT 1STAR CAPE ROYALE LUXURY HOTEL
#BLACKFRIDAY This has been the most unproffesional service that I have ever experienced from a place that's supposed to be a 5* hotel, it was more a 1*. Bought an exclusive luxury couples spa package for the value of R2400 on Wikideals. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! What was supposed to be the most relaxing experience was quite the opposite where I had to do most the things myself like doing the body scrub myself etc. etc. The unprofessionalism of this place and its staff is an absolute disgrace to say the least. They could not even conduct themself professionally on the telephone. I cannot help to wonder if the owner is even in the country and if he/she is aware of the stuff going on there. The towels they use was not even clean. I was so grossed out by this experience, in my life NEVER AGAIN!!!

leaking tops on everfresh carton milk boxes
I am writing this email after alot of consideration, but have come to the realisation that if i dont complain this will make me loose even more money. I have bought a total of 8 six packs milk the past two months and each and every cap is leaking and the milk spoils within a day or two because the box is not properly sealed. A sixpack milk is alot of money and every single box i open is leaking at the cap and hot air (CT weather ranging anything from 20 - 45 degrees celcius every day) is most definately entering the carton hence the reason for the milk spoiling so quickly. This being an "everfresh milk" i can honestly say i've had nothing but issues these past two months. This is very frustrating and i am loosing alot of money. Could you please look into the matter as i am sure im not the only consumer experiencing this. I have sent an email but havent had any response to date.

Gross Neglect of the elderley
Ont he 7th of Jan my mom of 73 and dementia was admitted with covid. I phoned every day to check on her and what her saturation levels is doing. Eventually they said they are struggling to get her to eat and drink. I asked why they arent putting her on a drip they couldnt answer me. Yesterday they phoned me shes discharged her SATS is 90. Praising the almighty God for her recovery i jumped in my car to fetch her. Upon getting there it was clear as day she was dehydrated, her eyes rolling back in her sockets, non responsive, barely breathing and could not even keep her head up in the wheel chair. We had to take her back to 6A where she was discharged for readmission she was just too weak. My heart was breaking in pieces seeing my nom like that after taking such giod care if her for so many years and seeing my mom grossly neglected was something i dont wish on anyone. She barely looked as if she was going to make it home a and we are about 15 minutes away from home and i have NEVER in my life been so disgusted with a public hospital in my LIFE. I am still waiting on a update on her. I am not going to leave this here if she doesnt make it.
