Explosion of cellphone!
Following the incident involving the explosion of my husband's cellphone, it was sent to Digital Planet for a thorough examination. Their findings revealed that an incorrect charger was utilized, which led to the explosion. This device is relatively new; we acquired it five months ago, and it has been in use for only three months. As a Samsung user myself, I have used various chargers without encountering any explosions. Interestingly, the charging system that came with the cellphone is the one in question. Now, I have been informed that the warranty will not cover the replacement of the cellphone, which I find to be unacceptable. Upon conducting my own research, I have found that overheating is a prevalent issue with this model, yet you attribute the problem to the charging cable and plug, thereby neglecting to address the underlying issue. I invite you to contact me, and I will gladly provide images of the cellphone in question.

A32 cellphone explosion.
Following the explosion of my husband's cellphone, it was sent to Samsung for inspection. Their response indicated that a weak point in the device was the cause of the explosion. This phone is relatively new; we purchased it five months ago, and it has only been in use for three months. As a Samsung user myself, I can attest that my own cellphone has numerous "weak points" yet has not experienced any explosions. Now, you are informing me that the warranty will not cover the replacement of the cellphone, and that payments must continue, which I find unacceptable. Upon conducting my research, I discovered that overheating is a common issue with this model, yet you attribute the warranty as the reason for not addressing this problem. After this experience, I will certainly not recommend or use any Samsung devices. You are more than welcome to reach out to me, and I will provide you with images of his cellphone as well as my own "weak point," which is my cellphone.

5 YEARS WAITING FOR A CERTIFICATE.
My husband qualified in 2016 in the electrician field. We are still waiting for his certificate. I have called a 100 of time send 1000 email and I'm still waiting for any kind of feedback. Do someone knows who i can contact to get some kind of information

4 YEARS IN WAITING FOR CERTIFICATE.
I have been calling and emailing Ceta for the last two years as sending them everything time and again. My husband qualified in March 2016 and we are still waiting for it in 2020. Any other option I can approach to get his certificate.

I have found something disgusting in the #Stuyvesant #Evolve cigarette. With this lock down and no way of buying cigarettes I'm about to throw away the packet.
