I previously bought 3 vehicles from them, service was fast and brilliant. But because of distance never had a chance to bring my cars for a service there. At last couple of days ago with VERY SHORT notice I was there for service. What a great welcome, then helping with my requests, taking in my car immediately. Additional to that taxieing me to a shopping mall and picking up back. Also washing my car (most services reject that because of covid). Not to forget my service book picked from car filled and put back. WOW.... Could be oly the word I can describe. Thanks Paarl Suzuki. Thanks DANILAH GORDON
We made an appointment with her in November 2020 for 21 January 20121. Two days before our appointment we received a call from their admin asking which doctor referred us. I replied, we are private, we know which specialist we need and no one referred. And suddenly our appointment declined..... Two days to go and after waiting 3 months..... WHY. It is my health, my money. We are educated people we know the differences between specialists, who does what... She is Rheumatologist... But Now I am not sure what type of Dr She is, and what oath did she take when finished the school. I hope a prospective patients reads that and find themselves a doctor who holds the Hippocratic Oath to uphold specific ethical standards. And do not attend to above mentioned doctor who can drop you 2 days prior to your appointment done by them.
I have been brought in emergency after a car accident by my wife. After admitting in the trauma (I assume, but he did not introduce himself) a doctor came after asking what happened they send me to x-ray dept. When I arrived there was a patient in. After that patient left no one attended me, after waiting 45 minutes in pain to be accepted to x-ray finally I saw a lady at the computers, asked her when they are going to take me in, she replied; she has no idea why I am waiting there, after waiting another 15 minutes and seing no action, asked her again and she told me waiting for the trauma to inform. I was in quite pain and I was ****ed to their neglect and left the bed they brought me in and walked all the way out. (they tried to stop me asking what happened but I was no more in the interest to that hospital patientcare). And my wife brought me to N1 Netcare Hospital. After that point I have been treated with respect as a patient, attended immediately by doctor, x-ray taken, medicine given, my situation explained. Ten day later I received an email asking my experience in hospital via survey by "Koert Pretorius, Chief Executive Officer". And I explained what I explained above in details, while waiting appology and some sort of explanation I received INVOICE. What service you gave me that you are demanding pqayment. The time I lost in your hospital could be fatal. You should be greatfull that I am not sueing you. But if you carry on harrasing with demand of payment I will bring this issue to "Health Professions Council of South Africa", "The Health Professions Council of South Africa". But for now I post a review here, lets see how much they care...
