Been waiting for months for an issue to be resolved. 2nd time on Hello Peter. Got a reference number and followed up via email. Got initial feedback to open a case but after that, nothing.
I had endless trouble setting up a Capitec business account. Took about 3 weeks to get the notifications sorted out. Since February I have been trying to get them to send me notifications with usefull info like customer reference number in the notification, but to no avail. They are very kind, answer the phone, emails not so much. I cannot find someone that can help. Everyone promises that they will escalate the problem, but no action.
I booked a holiday in January at La Montagne for today. 3 days ago they phoned and said that the unit we booked was being renevated and they have no other units available but can accommodate us at a lower graded resort. We requested that they get another unit La Montagne. On Saturday we phoned twice after being cut off many times, Bongeka would phone us back. Still waiting for the call. Bookin is today.!!!
DStv Time to give this a miss. Was overcharged for July. 26 days and many references/calls later. Everyone at DStv is sorry. All will get back and the money will be paid back in the next week then the next week. No such luck. No one phones back as promised. Every time you phone you start from the beginning again. No money gets paid back. Poor service.
The hosting service if problematic. Issues take long to resolve issues and upgrades are done without notification on how these might affect existing clients. The support number is either busy or have high call volumes. The ticket system does not help. 7 days with no resolution. I would not recommend this hosting platform.
I bought a Roland cutter more than a year ago and from day one we had issues with the cutter. Roland has looked at it many times, but it remains a problem. I cannot resolve these problems. Best is to get rid of it and buy another product.
We bought a Roland vinyl cutter more than a year ago. These items are not cheap and it has not worked properly since new.<br> <br> After more than a year, at least they now acknowledge that there is a problem.
