*****sters!!! I placed 2 different orders on the Spar2U app and they only delivered 1 order. After a few minutes they marked both orders as delivered. I want my money back!!!!! I have been trying to call them but they don't answer.

Phone claim
worst insurance servise ever, you cant even get through their phone number. I had an agent put me on hold for an hour. Lebohang hanged up on me and when i called back the agent puts me on a hold for an antire hour she then comes back and mutes the call. pathetic service. I just wanna get me phone and cut ties with them. I will consider Vodacom since my friend got her phone in a few days after she lost hers. Horrible horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service thus far
The worst contact centre thus far!!!!! Claimed for my phone two months ago and still dont have a phone. when you call their call centre they don't answer or take +20/30 minutes to answer. called them today to tell them which phone i want as a replacement but the agents put me on mute and when i said i will write a review on them she hung up!!! call me immediately 0839570740 very disappointed with Telkom and finrite!
