After calling and speaking to 4 customer service agents, none of them can give me a quote or come back to me with a price. I have also asked to speak to the manger, I am still waiting on the call back. Such terrible after service for something so simple that is required.
Always great dealing with Dotsure. The process is really good and they pay out really quickly compared to the other pet insurance. Special thanks too Micheala Cronje for assisting me.

What terrible service from Wesbank. I have been trying to contact them for a few days via call and email. I have made a lump sum payment on my account and emailed that proof to them, to get a email back to say they can't find the payment from the account reference which on my statement says use those details. I have then tried emailing them, sending twitter messages and calling but no response. Wesbank, you are not a fly by night company you have been around for many years. As a business you are supposed to be there for your customers. I expect somebody to deal with this issue ASAP.
You can never get hold of them when calling always goes to a voicemail. My order is late and its things i really need. Some advice - if you can't deliver online service with delivery then don't do it at all!
