RMI APPROVED BADGES CARRY ZERO WEIGHT, THEIR DEALERS COME FIRST AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS
RMI Crooks just like the dealers registered under them FORGET ABOUT LOOKING FOR RMI APPROVED DEALER TO ASSIST YOU WITH CAR BECAUSE IT MEANS NOTHING!!!!! THE RMA BADGE CARRIES ZERO WEIGNT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!! my car was taken to an QnA gearbox for repair, I've had problems ever since I got my car back. Now my clutch is on the floor after QnA worked on it and they don't want to take responsibility. I reported them to RMI. they immediately side with dealer. We as customers have no rights anymore, RMI is joke just like their bullsh* t dealers. we spend our last hard earned money trying to make ends meat and then we get *****ed criminals like RMI and QnA Gearbox!!!!!!!1 a F*cken disgrace

Q and A - Big Regret taking my car there
After taking my car to Q and A Gearbox, my car has more problems than before, I took the car to replace a bearing in the gearbox, and now I'm pumping my clutch at robots. I took it back and I'm told to remove the mat. I took it back for a 3rd time, and now my clutch is close to the floor and still no responsibility taken by Q and A. R14 000 later and big regrets taken my car to Q and A Gearbox in Strydom Park Randburg.DONT GO THERE!!!!!!

Horrible Customer service
I subscribed to multichoice price lock less then 3 weeks ago and having endless problems. First they don't want to activate my account. Then I have to post on Hello Peter for someone to take me serious. After someone calls me to fix the problem. They disconnect my services after 5 days. I then make a payment and call back to activate my subscription and they lady gives me wrong amounts due, tell me she will transfer me to another department to cancel a decoder I DON'T have. Then when I ask her to speak to her supervisor, no one comes as usual. I then ask her give me a reference number and she refuses to give me 1.i ask her to spell her name. She refuses as well. NICE WAY TO CHASE CUSTOMERS AWAY MULTICHOICE!!

Multichoice Customer service experience is a disgrace.
I signed up for a price lock contract last week but unfortunately multichoice customer service experience is so bad Im definitely canceling. When speaking to an agent, I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my query but it seems they too busy to handle my query. I've spoken to 2 different agents in space of an hour between 4pm and 5pm on 20th November. Both promised that their supervisors would get back to and I'm still waiting. I'm definitely not continuing with this price lock contract. It's a waste of time Multichoice reference # 72434971-i43.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! BLESSING LIES ABOUT HIS PREMISES. HE IGNORES YOUR CALLS AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY. THEIR SPARES ARE OF A LOW GRADE QUALITY AND I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYBODY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SPARES AND THE AFTER SERVICE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T TAKE MY CALLS AFTER HE PROMISED ME A REFUND FOR THE WRONG SPARE HE SENT ME. DISGUSTING BUSINESSMAN. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Cheaper spares Carparts Outsources SCAM
The most dishonest person I met. He promised to pay back the refund for the wrong spare he sent me. He lied about it and still hasn't paid me back. I have all the proof and WhatsApp to prove my statement. He lies about the address where he works from. Don't believe Blessing from Cheaper Spares/ Carparts Outsources. You can call me. Cheaper Spares / Carparts Outsourcing Scam
SCAM!!!! . They say they working from the cnr of kruis n albertina susulu. But they there is no such spare shop there. They sent me the wrong part and now they avoiding my calls to return it. Look out for these 2 cell numbers 0671458040 and 0741431527. They don't pay courier fees as well and they tell the courier to collect the money from the buyer even after u pay them R450 for delivery. His name is Blessing. Stay far away from him!!!

Scam. Do not buy from them. Their physical address is a lie. They are not situated at cnr of kruis n albertina susulu. Johannesburg All lies and he sent me the wrong the part and he doesn't want to take it back. BIG SCAM!
