I'm not happy with their service I went to pep in golden acre cape town on the screen the phone was on sale Samsung A06 it was 1600 but when I bought the phone with their staff they say the phone not on sale they give me with normal price where as on their screen the Vodacom phone it shows that it is on sale I ask them how come they say they don't have sale anymore I bought the phone because I really need it.
I open an account with rentoza I struggle to get my order almost 2 months I've been sent to left and right and centre I send WhatsApp email calls. When I spoke with one of the agent they told me that I mustn't pay until I got my order after I receive my order I ask them how will I pay for my outstanding balance they just gave me a link of 400 while I have outstanding of 800 I've got an WhatsApp that say my account is deactivated because of the outstanding balance. I would like Rentoza to reactivate my account and I will pay the outstanding balance. I sent WhatsApp no one reply on my messages. Kindly assist
I'm so fedup with Rentoza I apply for appliances from them I haven't received any response from them. I ask for cancellation nothing I would like to cancel this order. Kindly assist
I'm so disappointed I call the call centre and ask for my bank statement she told me that she wont be able to assist. Last time I did requests via call and they assist and send it via email but now thy told me they cant.

I wrote to Capitec Facebook last week Monday with the issue of my insurance that I cannot be able to add someone then they request for my details I gave them via inbox. On the 24 November 2021 I try to log in to my app I couldn't log in then I thought they have a issue then on the 25th I was suppose to receive my money from my work I didn't receive any sms from them I then send another sms via inbox for my statement to check if did I receive my payment or not only they did deposit my money in to my account. I went to Capitec branch in Claremont main road to find out they say Im the one who send the money to someone else I explain that my app was off since yesterday and even today I can't access the app they try to access on their side they also couldn't connect. The person who did this fraud was very very clever he/she change the sms notification from 10000 to upwards so that I won't be able to see anything on my side the only person that I provide my information of my bank that is the one who assist me last week Monday kindly assist. If I don't get any feedback I will send another email to Ombudsman. Thank you
I went to the butchery we were on the line we waiting for consultant to assist they were busy chatting and laughing one of the client from the back he went to them and he order his staff while we waiting for assistant to call us when we ask them why they allow the customer from the back and the assist him they says we were busy with our phones while we were waiting for them all the manager / team leader were watching as if nothing is wrong with their poor service
Afternoon Im Abongile i went to cancel my laybye at The fix in Claremont on 27/08/2020 around past 3 the lady who assist me take my slip and told me that the machine are offline I must come next ay I told her that i wont be able to fo back to the store i would ask my mom to come and fetch the money i left the slip on the store with my moms details and my cell number today my mom went to the store to fetch my money they told her that they dont do that if i cancel the laybye they were supposr to give me my money.Kindly assist
