I have received the worst service ever in my life which is affecting my life instead of them releaving me from my stress they have thrown me into the deep, I am in a verge of loosing my assets due to their incompetence and not even try to take accountability of their actions, they have mishandled my account made incorrect payments its been over 2 montsh trying to resolve this till today I had to wait on the line for almost 2 hrs the team leader is foerver on the meetings and the negotiator always doesnt know anything must wait for feedback from the team leader, I am about to take the case to the tribunal and will sue this company as I am depressed and stressed with the whole situation
