I made a call to NMMU today. The contact center staff was utterly *********** and rude. After the 4 the call because 2 calls cancelled while I was hold and the 3rd was transferred to the wrong department the rude operator dropped the phone because I refused to take the number she wanted to give op of the department that I wanted to be connected to since I told her that I have the number already. This behavior is disgraceful. NMMU should employ competent staff and train them regularly to deal with customers.
I registered with Head Hunters and paid R49 for 14 days access to their sight. Today Job leads deducted R679 without any permission or notification. I had to call my bank to cancel my virtual card. The did not give me a notification of my subscription coming to an ebmnd or cautioned me that I will be charged R679 for upgraded long term access. There should be consumer laws protecting us against such predatory behavior. I will never use this service again. Please read disclaimers and fine print before transacting online.
I ordered 4 fried chicken burgers and chips from Rocomamas Rosebank on 10 May 2020 @ round about 2pm and spend R323. All the burgers were burned to the point of the chicken being tough and bitter. It was the worst take away meal I ever had. I will never support their business again.
