On March 10, 2025, I contacted the Samsung Service Centre regarding an issue with our QLED TV (model QA75Q60RAKXXA). They informed me that a service partner would be in touch. After paying the call-out fee for Pandodox, I emailed proof of payment to Samsung. When no technician arrived between March 17 and 19, I followed up, and a technician came on March 20 to assess the TV. He stated that the company would email me the report and quotation. However, after receiving no feedback by March 31, I emailed Samsung and later contacted the Samsung Service Centre. They assured me that my issue would be escalated. On April 3, I called again, but the Centre said that the branch claimed they had already sent the quotes. I forwarded my correspondence to prove that I hadn’t received anything, and they said they would escalate the matter further. I called the Samsung Service Centre again on April 4, at which point the branch sent a message that lacked detail. I had to request clarification, and the response was, “The status will only change once Samsung has the parts that we need.” Fifteen days later, on April 4, 2025, I felt frustrated by the poor communication, coordination, and service from the Samsung Service Centre and its branch. Despite my previous positive experiences with smaller to medium-sized Samsung products, I cannot recommend purchasing the brand's large TVs (75” and above). Those considering these TVs should invest their money in other brands to avoid unnecessary stress.
