We recently moved over to The Meter Man and I should say I am happy with their charges, there are no hidden fees unlike the other company we were with their mangement fees were less but we paid R40 for each transaction we did... which is not the case now, we save R200-300 less... Thank you The Meter Man...
i see on a monthly basis theres R125 taken from my account its reflects as unpaid #items what is that? why is it taken monthly? Again a complaint was logged with ebucks department in January we in May now still no response!!!
Telkom has to be the most iliterate service provider I ever dealt with. During the lockdown I need to work from home and our IT department has requested Telkom to activate a vpn pptp passthrough yet they don't seem to know what it is whereby I have explained that vodacom assisted me with no hassle over the phone within 2 minutes yet Telkom is taking me from pillar to post telling me that the technicians will call in 72 hours which was last week still no call again today they told me about another 24 hours and even reffered me to an outlet which I wasted my petrol as the technical department has no cooking clue what I am talking about! Again they said they will call me in a hour its been 3 hours nothing from them still! Its the 2nd month we in lockdown I have buying data on my vodacom to work but I can no longer do that as I have a phone with Telkom that has uncapped data yet I'm still loosing in the pocket x2! Since last week I have not been able to work because of the incomptence of Telkom! Maybe they should ask Vodacom what to do seeing that they have no idea!!!
