Sports24Seven , Meadodale branch their customer service is misleading customers, i bought soccer shoes and had to return them back for refunds . Was convinced to buy them because they said when u not happy with their products you can return them for full refund. Being making follow ups since last week from what they promised but still they haven't practiced what they preached when selling their products. They must stop misleading customers by promising opposite of their service because am still here fighting for my refunds
FNB being increasingly my monthly bond debit for the past 5 years , haven’t got the statement for years now. I lodged a complaint dated 11 November 2022 with FNB home loan department but was given forms to fill for interest rate review. Today more than 60 days still haven’t got any respond yet and have being making follow ups weeks after weeks with no luck. NO WONDER THEY RATING NUMBER 1 WITH MOST COMPLAINTS.
Cell C is so desperate for customers like I reported earlier, for the past three month complaining about same thing over and over again, when I told them should they continue double debting they leaving me with no option but to reverse and stop the debits, instead of honoring our agreement signed on the contract , I was threatened to be listed and black listed should I stop the payments, so I assume am their donor they expect me to donate my hard earned money for free. I still wouldn't advise anyone to sign contract with them because their service is so poor and incompetence. If you have contract with them , you will have to pay more non existance get-more service that they expect all their customers need which I think is nonsense. If you lodge a complain and they give u reference, for customers service, is their responsibility to make follow ups and come back with answers not to reply holy on hellopeter.com but do opposite with their reply trying to impress other customers on social Media, am so ****ed off and fed up with their service
I took a contract with cell C last year and they have been debting same amount we agreed on the signed contract but surprisingly last month the amount has increased, I called the customer care to complain and get help for clarity but I was told I have applied for get more special. I told them I have signed contract only with cell C nothing more, I was told to call their other departments to cancel the new subscription that I don't even know what is it for and was told to put 30 days notice to cancel the unknown subscription. Cell C is so desperate to make more money to they honest customers and please , stop taking advantage and reverse my money back and continue with the agreed signed contract please. U deserve 0 reviews for your service and I wouldn't recommend any one to sign contract with cell C because they not helpfull and so desperate for customers.
Big up to Seally Gallery ( Greenstone Mall branch ) I bought a bed last month but I had personal problems that lead me to cancel the deal and get refund from them. They kept their promise by refunding me fully without any fuss. Thanks again for your customers support and keep it up with the excellent customer service you provide for all customers, you guys are the best. Thanks again for going that extra mile to meet your customers needs, highly recommend your excellent service to any one.
FNB is not transparent and not telling trueth to their clients / customers when they claim that all their calls are recorded and available on request. I was pressured by their consultant to sign & confirm for their COVID-RELIEF funds telephonically but to my surprise, what he explained to me is totally opposite of the contract's quotation. Since 29 April 2020 am still waiting for the voice records since i requested for it and am still waiting with Reference : 2145966 Kind regards Mphekgele Makwala
