I've had a 2G data contract from MTN for about 4 years now. A capped account as I had to buy a pay as you go data card for whenever I used my 2g and could not just add data due to the contract. Now 4 years later I received an account for R3200 - for Pakcet swithced calls. Customer services replied that I had used 7 G data and chardged at out of bundle rates! How is this possible on a capped contract?? At R3200 it is R450 per gig???? I've been given the run around for more than a week now. MTN, please sort this out
<p>My LG side by side fridge gave me an DH error and I reported the error at Hirsch's and they opened a job card the very same day for me.</p> <p>After TWO weeks and numerous phone calls, the technician arrived in an old vehicle that looked like it came out of world war 1!!! I was not sure whether this was the technician or an intruder!!!</p> <p>He spend a hour on the fridge and finally told me that it was fixed....... The next morning, I had the SAME error!!! I phone LG and was told that the technician had ordered the faulty part!!! WHY DID HE LY TO ME????????? And after TWO weeks with the error code in hand, he pitched without the part?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Week 3: I was informed that the technicial will be there on Tuesday the 12th of July.... so I arranged for someone to be there....... A NO SHOW!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>On Thursday the 14th of July I was told the technician will be there on Friday and I insisted on a specific time, and was tol 10 am...... 10 am and NO technician. As I had plans for the weekend, I left around 1pm. At 15:10pm the technician started phoning me as he was on his way!!!</p> <p>On Monday I phone LG and was informed that a manager will call me shortly......... </p> <p>Now it is Tuesday the 19th and still NO phone calls...... and the fridge is now giving me another error!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>DONT EVER BUY AN EXTENDED GUARANTEE AS IT IS A COMPLETE WAIST OF MONEY!!</p>
After paying my deposit of R12 180 in December, it is impossible to get Stephen du Preez on the phone and he never pitched to install the aircons.<br> <br> Laid a charge of theft against him, fortunately I KNOW people who will find him....<br> <br> STAY AWAY!
I ordered 3, 12000 BTU Air Conditioners from DCJ and had to pay a 60% deposit, R12 180 for DCJ to install the units.<br> After paying the deposit, Stephen emailed me informing me that the suppliers had no stock (after confirming an installation date with me).<br> I kindly requested that he refund my deposit as I had another company that could assit me before going on holliday.<br> <br> Subesquent to to this, Mr STEVEN du Preez vanished..... 10's of eimals and phone calls goes unanswered!<br> <br> NEVER EVER DO USE DCJ AIR CONDITIONERS!!!<br> SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
