Appalling communication from the manager at Wynberg. They even compromised other client’s information, I now have access to a customer’s name, surname, address, email address, WhatsApp number, etc. They should not have shared that information with me, it was unnecessary.
I have places an order online which was meant to be a gift to a loved one on Friday. It was meant to be delivered between 10am-1pm on Saturday to which I had asked my partner to stay at home and await her gift. On Saturday I received an email from Asmaa Ismail saying that the delivery would be 1hr 30 minutes late, my partner waited for an empty promise! No delivery was made and no one reached out to me thereafter. I called the customer care team on Sunday requesting a refund within the next 3 working days and nothing has been processed as yet. I again tweeted a complaint on Twitter and had a response from the Woolworths account asking for my order number only for them to not respond any further. I will be forced to take legal action because this is FRAUD! You cannot take people’s money and not offer the service you are meant to. Absolutely disgusting service!
Portia Zulu from African Bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She’s absolutely rude and condescending. Hang up the call when it is her calling. No client has to deal with such an attitude.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Ayabulela/Ayabonga (did not get her name right). I called in to complain about the network issues I’ve been having, instead of her helping me, she shouts at me and hangs up the phone. She suggested that I go to a Telkom store (during lockdown mind you) and get a new SIM card to do a sim swap instead of her fixing the network issues from her side. This is ridiculous and she needs to be dealt with, that is no way to communicate with a customer. I called it at 13:02 on 14 May 2020.
