Using their app to shop is a complete waste of time. My first order was 3 items. Only 1 was delivered the other 2 were refunded without explanation. Tried again to order 3 items. This time a cable, electric blanket and tumbler. Guess what. Again only 1 item received, the cable, and the other 2 refunded. And it takes DAYS for this to happen. You have to keep checking your order. It keeps saying dispatched until it suddenly says refunded. This last order I made on 7th June and only found out today the 3rd item too will be refunded. Meanwhile I could get these on Takealot in a day or two which I have now done. Takealot and Amazon.co.za do not have Makro as competition to worry about. I have now deleted this app.
Hi there. People keep telling me that they tried to deliver my parcel but I was not home. I work from home! I have not left the whole of yesterday and today. Why do the couriers not phone me when they are here if they cannot get hold of me? This is the second day in a row this has happened. How come you can phone after you failed to deliver but not when you actually deliver?! Parcel no is AAAA1985513
You guys are the worst. There are no contact details of any kind on your website, no email address, no phone number, nothing. You cannot cancel a pickup on the app, so how the hell are you supposed to do this? Your contact us message board always returns an error. Please can someone get hold of me so I can cancel my Monday pickup!
