Made a payment on 20 February haven't received anything from them. Asked for a refund and they responded on the 4th of March that they will refund me and that still hasn't happened.
I have a package sent from East London to Bethlehem. My package has been in transit from East London to Welkom from the 14th of December. I called East London and they said I had to speak to Welkom. The rudest woman answered the phone and told me they had load shedding not even asking me what my parcel number is told me they'll deliver today, but the tracking says that it is still in transit to Welkom.
Had Clint install a pool. Four months down the line we have to lift the paving because there is a problem with the wiring and he is disinterested in sorting out his mess. Now we have to fix his mess again at our own cost. Will not recommend them installing anyone's pools.
I have called to cancel my account twice, and now that it should be cancelled and I had to call a third time it has only been done now, and the consultant told me that they could't have cancelled it the last two times I called because it has been done earlier than what it should have been. But no one tells you that before hand. Now I am billed another month after having cancelled it twice.
This is now my second review of their poor service I cancelled my insurance with them and they promised me a refund. This is now 10 working days after that and I still have not received it and after countless emails they do not get back to you, and you can't get hold of anyone on the phone. I am just beyond over it now.
Bought my second set of glasses, the 6th one in our family. I just love them.
Had a policy with them. Sent them a cancellation email. Took them 15 days to get back to me. Spoke to a consultant he said they will only deduct a payment for the last few days of the month so end of September . now this month they deduct another premium of R942.00. Have been trying to call them all day. I get cut off every time.
We bought a lawnmower online and waited a week for them to let us know when we can come to collect it. Only to get a mail letting us know that they do not have stock and that it will take another 5 days to get refunded. We will not be buying there again.
