I bought 3 gigs of data and it disappeared within less than 20 minutes. The agent that was assisting was unable to see where or what consumed most of my data. After having spent 48 minutes on the phone, there was no resolution or clear answer on where my data went. I was offered R80.00 as a goodwill gesture which is insulting. The lack of accountability for system issues and unclear feedback is a disgrace.
Mweb has unfairly increased its prices with no reasonable explanation as to why this is the case. From R449 to R566 to R659 now R709? All this from February 2023. So you have an increase in price every 3 months and the only one communicated was the recent increase o R709. I have tried numerous times to log a query on the app which does not appear after submitting. The call center is of no use as no one ever picks up and automatically hangs up the line. The social media pages are of no help as well, they take forever to respond. All of these hassles for inconsistent/poor connectivity is not worth the price being charged.
We ordered food from ocean basket mall of Africa because we had load shedding from 18:30 to 20:30. First issue is that only half of our order was delivered, which had no sauce for the prawns. Imagine eating dry prawns. We spoke to the store and they promised to sort the issue out, they took another 40 minutes to get the food delivered(I live 5 minutes away from mall of Africa).and just to add insult to injury, the was cold when it got here. This was definitely an infuriating experience, they honestly need to do better.
I entered into a rental agreement with Bianca properties in March 2019, they were meant to manage the property and tenant. First issue is that their monthly fee kept increasing and on a monthly basis and they are unable to explain this. Secondly I have been requesting a signed lease agreement which I still haven’t received. Thirdly, “contract” ended in March 2020 but the rental deposit still hasn’t been paid and I have been dealing with a Michel Tshepe, who has been of no help at all. She has been promising to resolve this matter since June 2019.
