This company has to be the WORST managing agent ever! I live in a complex managed by them and nothing gets done. Took them 4 months just to fix our outside lights & a list longer than both my arms of things they haven’t done. If considering a property management agent for your complex, DO NOT use these people!! Their service is shocking. Unfortunately, we can’t get rid of them while the developers are still building.
Great insurance company is to be with especially with pets. They understand pet parents’ concerns and never have issues in paying out claims. Their turn around for claims is exceptional and paid out within less than 24hours. I highly recommend Dotsure
Virgin active is great at signing you up, but don’t try to cancel your contract, and the wheels come off! In August 2022, I cancelled my daughter’s contract and because she’s over 18, they had to obtain her authorisation to do so. She confirmed she’d like to cancel and the agent did not cancel her contract. I struggled from January 2023 to try and sort out the mess, being shoved from pillar to post and nobody got back to me. I kept calling the call centre, to visiting the Tygervalley branch and even the accounts person, Busi was completely useless! Virgin Active then handed me over to MBD attorneys for unpaid debit orders. No communication or reason as to why. Feb 2024, I asked for voice recording of the call and still nobody knew what to do. Eventually after speaking to the retention department, Yushra told me that they could not find the recording and that Virgin Active actually owed me a refund! It took me a few calls to get them to remove my name from MBD. 1 March, I was told my refund would be paid, needless to say, day 11 and still I haven’t received it. Upon calling the call centre, I was informed that the wrong amount was claimed and now I need to wait another 5-10 business days. Virgin Active, your admin is pathetic and your staff are ridiculously poor at giving feedback or even trying to find a solution. Even if I were to reconsider joining the gym in future, this awful experience has made me think twice. Be careful when you cancel your contract. Ask for confirmation emails of conversations at all times, because they will hand you over, even if they’re in the wrong and to try and reverse this is a nightmare!
Great customer service from Lebogang. She was attentive, listened to my requirements and sold me a product that suits my needs & within my budget. With insurance being expensive and the cost of living so high, it is good to know that there are businesses who are still concerned about the customer experience. I cancelled 2 insurance policies on my credit facility and decided to call the client care division for an instalment update. I spent 50 minutes on a call, being transferred from client service to collections, even ended up at legal and back to client care. Needless to say, I had to call back on 3 occasions because I got cut off. I eventually got through to client care again, and was asked to call back, as they had an emergency drill! Shocking service, Capitec!
A very frustrating experience with this app and the customer support team! You receive an email to rate their service and nobody has even tried to help you! I’ve had endless problems with money being deducted from the incorrect account, when it clearly states ok the app what my primary account is! Get your stuff in order Payflex!!
Tonight I ordered from via Mr D to Nandos brackenfell and they got my order completely wrong. Thanks to Mr D, I promptly received my refund and I then placed my order with Nandos Durbanville. That order was ALSO TOTALLY WRONG!! How does 2 restaurants in different areas get orders so horribly wrong??!! My daughter and I still haven’t eaten our dinner! It wouldn’t be so bad if there was something of those items we could eat. Pathetic service and attention to detail Nandos, I will never order from your restaurant again!
I placed an order on the 11 June & still nothing arrived. According to the app, my stuff should’ve been delivered by today. It is the 21st and still no feedback from the courier company nor Woolworths. When I called 2 days ago, they told me the courier had tried to make contact on the 15th, this is not true. The agent tells me the courier has been driving with my parcel since the 15th. How does that even happen with absolutely NO contact between Woolworths or the courier company?? This is the 3rd time this has happened. Your things are expensive, at least then improve on your turn around times & give your customers proper feedback.
Pet claims process extremely long. Claim was submitted on the 12th Feb 2022, it is now the 18th Feb and still no claim feedback. Once you submit the claim online, an agent then takes 4-5 days to call back to verify your claim and then your invoice docs must be submitted via email, which means you leave the app and then correspond via email. This process makes no sense, why do you have an app if a customer has to leave it and correspond via email?? Dotsure takes less than 24 hours to pay out a claim! You guys need to take a page out of their book and up your game. With Dotsure, you simply submit your claim with all docs in the same app and within 24hours your claim is paid out.
I spend R6000 every 2 months on my facial products and the best you can do is R100 off R600 spent as a birthday gift?! That’s shameful
