I Nokubobga Mpungose pen this review with great sense of sadness for Institution failure to address my problem. I have written my emails that they should unlock my e wallet account and never did. The service is extremely poor and beyond devil's imagination.
I Nokubonga Mpungose was treated with highest treatment of hell by NSFAS. I lodged a query to have my e wallet unlock, however, query was closed (number :1888142) without being resolved and no OTP number provided. The service is extremely poor and beyond devil's imagination. I demand my query to be reopened and resolve.
I have not been called by SARS to hear my grievance. I'm frustrated with the service provided by Fundi from Richards bay branch. I need to get to the finality of this matter.
Today was my telephonic appointment date and I was called by certain Fundi from Richards bay branch. She requested massive documents before we could talk as my appointment was scheduled for 10h00. I was not affordable enough time to gather requested information nor receive advance sms about documents we were to use prior to the schedule appointment. She called me again at 10h00 and some of documents were incomplete owing to the limited time given.She threatened to reschedule another appointment and was not assisted. I waited for over a month to get my query to be attended for nothing. I was treated with highest treatment of hell.
I pen this review with great sense of appreciation to Phumelele Khumalo and Premilla Naicker for their team effort in ensuring that my claim is finalised. Thanks ladies I seriously appreciate your great service!
The bad service offered by liberty is terrible shocking. They undertook to finalise my claim before the first of April. I waited for their call regarding the failure to finalise the claim and nothing came forthwith. Im tired of chasing them for mere update. The service is extremely poor and I discourage everyone not to partake on their products. You'll forever chase them and don't update their members.
The liberty staff is providing bad service to its members. I have communicated with Bonginkosi Mona who is failing to understand and resolve simple query before him. The service is pathetic and I recommend no one to be part of their business.
The service I received thus far from liberty is pathetic and terrible. I received their correspondence yesterday citing my pension claim was paid in April 2020 and they fail to acknowledge the pension deduction was effected again from February 2021 until my termination in October 2021. For information, same company (clientele) employed me again on November 2020 and contributions started again from February 2021. My claim is based on that and even the documents attest to the engagement date. The liberty staff seems to be the bunch of useless people waiting to receive salary on pay date. You guys are pathetic !
I Richard Dube sent HP complain on 25 March 2022 and still no one contacted me. Your service really frustrating people. I was hoping your company would solve the matter since it dates as far back as 21 November 2021. On 16 February 2022, I sent you an outstanding document( copy of Id) and still no report on how far has my matter gone and I only receive the automated response by no call no claim reference number / email of claim handler only the useless customer service email. Im really disappointed at your service and you such a bunch of useless people waiting to receive salary on pay date. If you care you may send me the Managers number and email so that I can forward the email I talk about.
I Njabulo Mpungose sent Pension fund withdrawal documents on 18 March 2022 and was advised of 72 hours turnaround time. Nothing happened after such period. I need progress report.
