on 27.12.2023 we bought a vehicle from Mr Marius Oosthuizen. we only drove around the block with the vehicle. Mr Marius said not to worry everything will be fixed and the vehicle will get a valet. Mr Marius said that the vehicle was not in an accident. on the day of collecting the vehicle we realized that the back door (boot) handle was broken and the door had to be opened with a piece of wire from the inside of the vehicle. we have been sending more than 20 messages to Mr Marius during the time and he said he is waiting for the back door handle. we then realized that behind the back wheel (ford echo sport) there a a huge bump (dent) so this means the vehicle as in an accident. we showed the dent to Mr Marius he said not to worry it will be fixed. On Thursday 18.01.2024 eventually after threatening to cancel the sale we received a call from Mr Marius to say the car must come to the dealership to be fixed on Tuesday 23.01.2024. we took the vehicle in on the appointment date with a list of all the faults that as been sent to Mr Marius numerous time on what's app Warning notification: service needed 2. Back door handle broken 3. Stamp merk agter spaarwiel 4. Grys Verf spartsel agter op kar bokant ligte regs 5. Krapmerke op verf oral op kar 6. Wiel bearings agter wiele maak geluid 7. Links en regs agter break lights dead 8. Right rear brake light cover broken 9. Driver seat upholstory full of holes back and side 10. Front brakes screaming noise and black resudue on rims 11. No sigarette lighter in car 12. Spotlights on car not working 13. Speedo cruise not working 14. Front head light glass has resudue on it. Right side look like small cracks 15. Left side back passenger door dent on door 1. the dent was not properly fixed the dealership only put paint over the rust. 2. park lights still not working 3. speedo cruise still not working 4. brakes not fixed properly still doing the same 5. Vehicle did not get a valet we have been **** to the whole time time is not what has been promised to us when we enquired from Mr Marius yesterday after receiving the vehicle he said he will find out and he never i will never refer any person to this dealership poor service and lies lies!!!
Worst service given by Chris came to my house 8 november 30 min job R1600.00 charged. My dstv gave no signal error. He changed the LNB.Did not even clean where they worked. I called Chris 2 times because the same error is still appearing.Keep on making empty promises. No show up. I feel I paid for no sevice. And he says he is a Dstv accredited installer. I want my money back or I want the service that I already paid for. Please come and fix what I paid for.I will not pay for anything more. I will take the matter further if no response received with dstv
On 20.01.2021 we contacted miway for a quote on our vehicle and home content. I was told by consultant that he will call me back.10 days later no call received. I phoned miway 3 times and i was told the consultant will call ne. Nothing happened up to date. Very poor services
MBD CALL CENTER STAFF ARE PHONING ME AND SWEARING AT ME ' saying he will hunt me down and **** me up. i have tried to explain to this people that i am under debt review. numerous emails from and the debt review company has been sent to MBD but nothing is happening ONLY BEING CALLED DAILY AND BEING VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE person calling me the numeb they are calling fron 018 280 0483 . i think this is blatantly abuse from MBD staff and i can not tolerate it anymore. MBD Please read the emails from Debline and me and please let us resolve the issue with my debt review company.
