I paid for my license renewal. It has not been sent even though on their site it says 3-5days it’s been longer. However, I have been emailing them and calling them and I have not received any help.
I am very disappointed with my recent Chicken Licken meal. The food was so dry it was like eating biltong, and almost inedible. I did not enjoy it at all, and it’s unacceptable from a brand I usually trust. To make things worse, I contacted the customer care line numerous times and the line just dies. This is shocking service, and I feel completely let down.
Vodacom has been cutting my phone even after paying. There was a fault that has only been picked up after a year speaking of speaking with many consultants. They have reconnected my cellphone phone but not my data line.
Vodacom service is terrible they are not picking up a payment made in the beginning of the year and now they keep cutting my phone I've been calling them speaking to numberous people and sent proof of payment many times and still it has not been reconnected.
