Renualt paarden Island damaged my car over charged me for parts they never replaced R2358 . 3 different quotes noise still on the vehicle car not fixed I need to speak to Shane kruger no one wants to give me his number new clutch kit and cable clutch feels like it's flat beyond soft they won't take responsibility for the damages giving me the run around since the 7th November
Disappointed with the service I received from webafrica they never get back to you . When you call you can stay on the line very long 45min will pass and still they do not answer. There watsapp is a joke they respond sometimes when you luck . My fiber dont work properly since it was installed in June I have reported it so many times the last I messaged them was 15 August 2020 . I was told the people who installed the fiber will come out to me to check the fiber line. I asked will they call me before they come I was told yes it's the 25th August 2020 and still nothing yet I pay every month. The fiber is so slow it goes off line saying ( NO INTERNET CONNECTION) or it is off altogether there is signal when you by the router just move a meter away from it then you cant connect at all. Webafrica is taking me for a fool the dont fix the problem and they dont intend to become if they where going to fix the problem it would have be done a long time ago. This has gone on way to long already such BAD serve I need assistance asap
Up until today after the bad service I received from M-SURE approving my claim and sending documents with there approval authorisation after they received all relevant documents and was happy with it then approved it . The next day M-SURE CONTACTS THE DEALERSHIP TO CANCEL THE APPROVAL DO I LOOK LIKE A JOKE TO M-SURE up until now no one has returned my calls after it has been escalated
On the 20th of May 2020 I called M-SURE regarding my policy gave them all the relevant details and asked the people I spoke to after calling many times I was told disc's are covered in my policy and the dealership that my car was at getting its annual service on the 20th of May 2020 had to send them pictures and documents and the dealership did so by the time I was to fetch my car they told me they received a authorisation document and can do the repairs I then paid for the other parts that was not covered and left with my vehicle knowing ok everything is on track and waiting for parts to arrive then my vehicle must just go back to the dealership and get repaired. I spoke to TEBOHO MOLOI at M-SURE claims department yesterday that was the last person I spoke to and even he said it's in my policy and its covered they where waiting for pictures and documents from the dealership. Today is the 21 May 2020 I received a call from the dealership saying that M-SURE says they declining and the dealership must contact me . I'm disgusted in M-SURE as everyone I spoke to said it's in my policy and is covered M-SURE sent a document saying AUTHORISATION OF REPAIRS how did the mess become the clients problem I am disgusted that such a big company and do this to there client I even have the claims number can someone please help as I want answers asap I have M-SURE authorisation document is this how this company works with clients authorisation today tomorrow declined and when you call then they say its escalated you o we investigating BAD SERVICE THATS WHAT THIS IS . M-SURE AUTHORISATION OF REPAIRS CAME AFTER THEY CHECKED THE DEALERSHIP DOCUMENTS AND PICTURES SO WHO IS GOING TO SORT OUT THIS MESS. On 21 May 2020 at 11:10am I called the claims department and no one called me back at 11:30am I called them again I was was then told its escalated I told the lady in the claims department I want someone to call me and she said she is making a note of it still no call back . I AM DISGUSTED ANNOYED IN THE FACT THAT THIS HAS TAKEN PLACE IN SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE M-SURE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ASAP MY NAME IS SHAFIEKA MY NUMBER IS 0788042643 its 16:09 still no call back what a joke customers are to M-SURE FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS
