I bought PreSonus speakers from this company on May. Now they have a crackling sound, I called them and they told me to send them an email with my order number. Ever since the email, they have gone AWAL. Their number is not working, they are not responding to furhter emails. They just ran away. Stay away from that dubious company.
It's a back and forth for the claim that was approved. I get lied to that my package is on the way and don't receive anything. I think they are taking the devices for themselves. I am taking them to the ombudsman, even though they will take the time they do respond.
Bought a car at this place in June. Had a minor accident with it, only to find out that the car has damage on the rear valance that we couldn't see because it was covered by the rear bumper. My insurance doesn't want to fix this damage because it's not consistent with the damage caused by the accident I was on. Rifle Range motors refuse to pay for the damage and refuse to produce the accident report history for the car also. Very dishonest people, I think they are hiding more things about the car. I reported them to the Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (https://www.miosa.co.za/), the case is ongoing at the moment. If buying a second-hand car, get an independent assessor to check the car for you before buying it, the R800 you pay to an assessor will save you from being robbed by shady businesses like Rifle Range motors. Also insist on an accident report and maintenance logbook, if they don't produce them walk away immediately, they might have fudged the mileage also.
Do not buy a phone silicon screen protector at any Vodacom shop. It is an overpriced piece of garbage. After they have it on it has glitter that the "technician" who put in on lied that it will dry up which it never did, not adding the fact that it was even poorly lined up, almost covered the camera thanks to the "technician". It makes the screen look like the worst screen you ever saw, it dumps down the colors of the phone. R 400 for this thing that I removed after 2 weeks. A complete scam. Don't even buy the glass one, way overpriced. The same thing is R30 on the street vendors, expect to pay R300 - R400 at Vodacom.
Pathetic store with empty promises. No tracking number, no status update on your order on their site, you just have to wait and hope that your R 11 000 rand expenditure didn't go to waste. I can't wait for Amazon to finally be local and overtake this pathetic business. Actually it's better to order from Amazon and pay extra on shipping than deal with audiomart incompetence.
