I am so so annoyed by the service from standard bank I have a prestige account with them. They convinced me to switch my salary to them doe better benefits. I am so frustrated the switching did not go well, the private banker allocated to me does not even assist me. I truly regret leaving FNB. I am so emotional. I have things that bounced from my fnb. I laid a complaint no one has come back to me. It’s a mess. I need a response very soon.
Worst, worst Service ever. Too many stories that don’t make any sense. Too many delays. We applied for Bond in March. Now that the matter is supposed to be registered there are glitches, the Lawyer dealing with our matter does not answer her phone, we have to beg for an update or some sort of communication. This is so frustrating and we are so unhappy. The registering attorneys are waiting on them to lodge the matter at the deeds office, nothing is happening.
Absa home loans is a scam, what they made us go through was emotionally draining. Only to get the result we got. Very disappointed, we proved a lot that they missed. Someone doesn’t know what they doing. Worst bank ever for a home loan.
Edgars is becoming a scam. My husband has been having so much difficulty to get his account close and he requested a letter of closure of the account and no one seems to care to assist, he is being told lies that it will be sent. This is so frustrating as we need the letter for something very important. They can’t be doing this to customers, things were better before now that they have changed over it’s so frustrating and the service is so bad and draining. Why must they be begged to assist with something so simple? But they so quick to want their money this is pathetic.
I am so frustrated with Vodacom, I payed my account at Clear water Vodacom, then same day vodacom debited my account and I had not authorized that. The lady I spoke to suggested I go pay at the store and I did that. Now I am struggling with getting help with reversing the money they deducted from my account. No one seems to know how to assist me. It’s a lot of money and I need it,
