My daughter booked this venue for her wedding on for 17 July 2023. All she received was a quote which she said she was happy with, wrt to food and the cost per person. No contract was given for her to sign. And now she has been told that everything else comes with an additional cost. Yet she paid R20 000 for the venue hire. The service that she is getting from them to go forward is really bad. They refuse to give her R33 000 deposit back. How can we go ahead with a wedding that's going to cost triple the amount than the original outlay as everything is additional payment. This is unreputable and not professional.
I ordered a beauty device from Ultraskin ZA. They advertise their products on Facebook and Instagram. They have no contact number. I never received the product and they don't respond to your messages.
I was reluctant to use this airline because of some of the bad reviews that I had read. However, I had a good flight with them on 2 September 2022 flying from PE to OR Tambo.
We were issued a travel credit via kulula for tickets purchased during lockdown 2020. We cannot book and make payment using travel bank. We wait hours to get assistance via their call Centre and when you do get through the agents can't assist. The travel bank expires on 2nd Dec for an amount of R3400 and as of 2 weeks we are unable to get assistance. We are frustrated that nobody at kulula can help us. We have sent emails to them as well. Highly incompetent people work there.
The response on my previous review from Makro was really quick and good. So for that I would like to thank their head office for resolving my generator issue promptly and effectively.
Disgusting service received from Makro and Ryobi. My husband purchased a brand new Ryobi 7.5kva generator in June 2021. It was problematic from day 1. We have made numerous attempts to get hold of Makro who shoved us onto Ryobi. Ryobi Nelspruit contacted us and informed us that Midrand Ryobi would contact us. Midrand Ryobi still has not contacted us to date. An expensive and much needed machine, which is so desperately needed during load shedding is serving no purpose to us. We are so tired of trying to get hold of someone from Ryobi.
We paid this tax practitioner, Stephen Schmidt, an amount of R1400 to assist with Sars query as he indicated that he was a tax practitioner. He took my daughters money and did not assist her in any way. We made numerous calls to him but he refuses to answer his phone. He has scammed other people as well. He works at a company called one base. However, they indicated that he does this on a personal capacity.
