First of all, the only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I cannot give ZERO stars. The absolute worst customer service you will ever experience (I REALLY HOPE NOBODY HAS TO GO THROUGH IT!!!!), yep they're even worse than our government departments. My wife was informed by DMC debt management, that she owed a certain retailer an outstanding amount on her account. A settlement was offered and in turn paid. Proof of payment was sent to the email address provided and we requested a settlement letter. This was 7 (seven) months ago & we're still waiting for the letter. In the meantime, DMC sends regular SMS texts advising that there's still an outstanding amount due. The customer centre agents are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. As soon as you ask a question which they cannot answer, the call is ended in your ear. No goodbye, sorry I cannot help you or anything along those lines.....just silence and then the call ends. 10 minutes ago I tried calling again and enquired about speaking to a manager or someone with authority and the response was, 'you have to send an email and the manager will get back to you'. I advised that agent that this has been done MANY times and to date, NOTHING. I asked if there's no other way I can escalate and her response is, yes you guessed it.....Sir you have to send an email.....blah, blah, blah. We have been sending emails for the last 7 months and not once did anybody make contact, NOT EVEN ONCE. How is this business still operating with such putrid service.
I would like to know who decides which Olympic sport events will be aired on SABC Sport and SABC plus, specifically for the Olympic Games. What is the point of advertising "watch all the Olympic action on SABC" when in actual fact we do not get to see anything worth watching? I ask again, WHO DECIDES WHAT IS SHOWN? I don't want to watch judo, boxing, volleyball.......air sports like the swimming, gymnastics..............you know, the exciting stuff. Also, there's more talking on SABC than showing actual footage. I DO NOT WANT TO WATCH COMMENTATORS TALKING FOR AN HOUR....if not longer. Commentating is not an Olympic sport. Hopefully when the weight lifting and diving comes around we will be able to watch. Then again, I suppose that is all we can do....HOPE.....
My wife & I went to the department of labour in Bellville yesterday (2024/04/17) and got there just after 08h00. Of course by this time there was quite a queue already. Mothers who had been standing in the cold and wind with their babies since 05h00. There is a notice advising that maternity and pension clients will be prioritized on Wednesdays, by order of management. Evidently the management at this particular branch does not have a clue what the word PRIORITIZED means because by 15h30 (note that the branch closes at 16h00), the other queue which serves clients NOT categorized as maternity or pension is just about done. Eventually the maternity queue makes it into the building and we are told that the system is down and they are unable to assist us. Strange how the system worked the entire day and suddenly 'collapses' close to closing time. We all know that government departments in this country has the absolute worst customer service known to man (not that anybody is doing ANYTHING to improve the situation for its citizens) but DOL in Bellville is s****ing the bottom of the barrel. Actually the staff at Bellville is so useless that I think they were recruited from underneath the barrel. Rude and absolutely ZERO regard for mothers sitting outside the entire day. On top of this, the rudeness is just sickening. How are these retards recruited?
Is there any way to give zero stars? What a bunch of useless idiots with absolutely ZERO customer service. Skynet received my order on 25/03/2024, today is 06/04/2024 and guess what....... Still no delivery. Received a SMS yesterday confirming that the package will be delivered. Waited until 17:00 (which is when my company closed for the weekend) and still no delivery. Called the customer service number thrice and after listening to someone for more that 30 minutes (average time) telling me how important my call is, there was human contact eventually. All 3 times, the agent tried to call the driver and every time he did not answer. This morning I checked my tracking status and it says 'consignee not available'. Does ANYBODY monitor the **** service that customers are getting? How can the consignee not be available when the driver never pitched in the first place? Before sending this review I tried the WhatsApp route and after I typed what my query is, no response. How the hell is this company still operating? How? I suppose now I'll just have to wait and hope I get my package on Monday.
I bought 2 bags of charcoal at this store. Upon opening I found a plastic bag and green plastic glove.
