On the 27th Feb 2025, I used the ubereats app to order a Siciliana Pizza from Bin Rashieds for supper for my family. The price of the pizza was R233.00 - When the pizza had arrived it was laying all over the place and messy inside the box. My father then advised the uber driver to take it back and bring a new one. The driver told my father he would take it back and bring a new one and he would be back in 20-30mins. The driver never returned with a new pizza and did not answe any calls. My father tried contacting Bin Rashieds and they were also not answering the phone as well. I then reported it on the ubereats app and all i was told was they apologize for this and would not be able to provide me with a refund. Even though I had uploaded a picture of what the pizza looked like inside the box as per their process .. This was disgusting to say the least and really poor service. I have not had any issues really with ubereats or even Bin Rashieds. But last nights experience had me really disappointed in both ubereats and Bin Rashieds.

I have been in contact with Telkom since end of March in regards to my cellphone contract. I made a payment in full but have not had my services reconnected. I kept being told that my account is locked and I need to contact customer service. Everytime I contact their customer services I get told that the account is paid in full and it has been sent to the collections team and has been marked as urgent. However nothing happens after that and I still sit with a phone that has no service. It is now almost June and I am still waiting for my line to be reconnected after countless calls and being on the webchat service. Telkom has even managed to ***** up my wifi contract by moving my data service of my wifi to my phone account. I have even called them since last year to get that sorted however that has also never been fixed and I'm still sitting with that problem as well. Telkom is a complete mock and probabaly one of the worst network providers out there. I really hope that some one in Telkom actually see this and manages to fix this issue. I truly regret taking a phone and a wifi contract with Telkom. I cannot wait till both contracts come to an end so that I can cancel and move to another network provider. Telkom can easily take your money and bill you but cannot fix your problems or give you proper customer service.
