Horrible customer service, I been waiting to be connected to an agent for 30 minutes. and after I got connected and asked the agent my query they requested my ID to assist me. I gave my ID no. they dropped my conversation
Their customer service response times via email could use major improvements. I sent an email over a week ago and followed up on that email twice, but still no response. It took me two days to get through with the online chat feature. Just feel that a bad review is needed to try get results on improving their customer service
Was easy to get a quote and it was the best option in comparison to other quotes I got.
I have been trying to log a complaint on their customer service website and it is perinatally "down" when I press submit.
Received absolutely amazing service at We Buy Cars Richmond. Rahul Hamchander assisted me in test-driving the car and his colleagues helped me with financing and insurance for my now new car.
Ordered a shirt 1 week before Christmas and it was delivered within 3 days. She was also helpful when asking her which size shirt I should order. Will definitely buy more from them in the future
I have had the worst assistance form fnb with transferring my TFS account form another bank. They have very poor client service, because I have had to follow up multiple times on this transfer process. The last time I called before this week the fnb consultant that assisted me, assured me that I do not need to fill in any more forms, even from other banks side because fnb will handle it from here. And here I am 2 months later to find out that they forgot to forward me the transfer form the other bank, who requested I fill them in before they will allow the transfer. This delay has cost me money and time.
I asked for assistance on opening a tax fee savings over the secure chat and all I got as reply was "how are they (the "banker) meant to assist me with that". Then I Asked to be transferred to the tax fee department, they reply that they cant do that because there isn't a online chat for that. so not helpful
I would like to praise Khathutshelo Fungisanei from the the debit order department. She was kind and patient while helping me, and she took 5 minutes to help me reverse my debit order over the phone. Thank you for being a patient and kind person
I been trying for days to revers a debit order that was stopped but still went off my account. Because the debit order was over R200 I can not do it on the App. And the over the phone option is unavailable during the lockdown. I have contacted the service provider as they say i must, but the service provider does not see the debit order in question on their side. I have been taken is circles when speaking to the consultants over the phone who just transfer me to the deputes over the phone (which is not available at this time due to lockdown) or the call gets dropped and i need to start the process again.
