Don’t buy Dyson
For the most expensive brand in the appliance and hair dryer market, the after sales service is diabolical. I will never buy a Dyson product again. After numerous emails and 3 months of trying to sort out a repair was told that I must ship the product to Cape Town for repairs . No service centre in Johannesburg!! Bought a similar product off Temu for 1/5 of the price - works beautifully!!

Fastway Couriers are useless
Fastway Couriers must be the worst courier company ever. They claim to have delivered my Temu parcel and it was not delivered. Tried contacting them telephonically, by WhatsApp, thru the website. Absolutely no response. Diabolical. Can’t understand why Temu would use such an unprofessional organisation.

Never use Tempest car hire
Worst car hire company I’ve ever experienced. Do not use them!! We waited for an hour and a half in a queue extending way out of the branch. No explanation given for the delay. Once I reached the counter, I was told the delay was due to “a lack of cars”. So how the hell do you accept on line reservations. When I phoned head office to lay a complaint, no one could tell me who to speak to. Can’t believe this is one of Disvoverys partners?????
