Do not Recommend I don't recommend car service city. They ignore manufacturer instructions. They skimmed my car's Cylinder head and it's not allowed by the manufacture. Their diagnosis procedures is non-existent.
Whatever you do please when buying a car from we buy Cars and they offer extended warranty from Innovation.......DO NOT TAKE IT - rather shop around.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Car Service City Benoni. My car initially went in for an overheating issue, but the service has left me with a vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. When I received the car back, the engine light was on.The car now suffers from very poor acceleration and severe power loss. On top of that, the fan kicks in just a minute after starting the car, even when the engine is still cold. The water temperature doesn’t increase as it should, the fan doesn’t stop running, and only shuts off about five minutes after turning off the car. The indicators don't come back after a turn. When I confronted them about these issues, I was told it’s an electrical problem—something they claim is why they didn’t detect it. But here’s the thing: the car was drivable before it entered their workshop. Now I’m stuck hoping the insurance will cover the damage they caused, and if not, they want me to "meet them halfway" for a problem they created. This level of service is completely unacceptable. They introduced a host of new problems, leaving me with an undrivable car and the financial burden of their mistakes. If you value your car and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for repairs.
Valencia is a star. I just bought a car and got a quote and accepted online. But upon collecting the finance institution needed certain info to be clear on the confirmation letter. The dealer was already closed and waiting for a revised letter and Valencia came to the rescue and responded to my WhatsApp within 2 minutes and got me the letter within 5 minutes
I am very disappointed with the service I received from capitec. I've been on the phone from 9 to 11 and still no one can assist, they just *********** and rude, especially the collections Department. I was transferred from Complaints>Collections>Support>Client care>Direct loan and back to useless Collections, but still no help. Can someone with authority please resolve and explain the jump in my credit/access facility repayments? My facility account number is 1741490020. You can reference the letter sent by you on 24/25 September and case 01187423. If this is not resolved, then I can assure you soon you'll be handing my account over to debt collectors, as I will not allow to be ********** by you.
I recently experienced a significant change in my banking relationship with Capitec Bank that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was okay with their customer service and the ease of obtaining credit facilities. However, my opinion has shifted due to recent developments. Capitec Bank recently decreased my credit facility, citing it as a measure for my financial well-being and protection. While I appreciated their concern, this decision had an unexpected consequence. As a result of the reduced credit facility, my monthly installments have increased significantly, which I feel is a rip-off. I think it's their way of maintaining maximum profit after the recent repo rate cut. This change has left me somewhat disappointed and frustrated. While I understand the bank's intention to protect my financial health, the sudden increase in monthly payments will put a strain on my budget. Very disappointed with this practice.

I was a victim of fraud and someone took a Telkom contract using my details. I went to Telkom reported that I have never had a contract with them, followed the process and it was resolved. I asked the representative who was in charge of my case ( was naive of me to not take his details and keep all records) what will happen to the details on the credit bureau side and he assured me that it will be like I never opened an account; which is true. To my surprise when I saw my latest credit report there is 2 things that decreased my credit score 1. Shows missed payments on the Telkom account, even though it's closed but also shows the missed payments which lenders will see. 2. Telkom also appears on the list of creditors who enquired my status and that also affect me score negatively. All I want from Telkom is to either remove the account completely from credit bureau or update the months missed to up to date.
