I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the shocking service from Zara. I placed my order on 29 January 2026 (Order number: 54573349388), and since then, the status has been stuck on “Order received” and “Being processed.” It has now been weeks, and clearly nothing has been done. The original estimated delivery date came and went with no update, no delivery, and no explanation. I contacted the ZaraCare team on Instagram, and while they were quick to apologise, that is unfortunately where their service ends. They provided me with a new delivery date. That date passed. I followed up again, and once again I received another apology and another delivery date. That date also passed. I was then given a third estimated delivery date, which was last Friday — and surprise, surprise, that date has also passed with absolutely no delivery. To make matters worse, the order status on the app has STILL not changed. It is still sitting on “Order received” and “Being processed,” which tells me that my order has not even been handed over to a courier company yet. Weeks later, and Zara hasn’t even processed the order. What is most unacceptable is the complete lack of action. All ZaraCare does is apologise, ask for patience, and give new dates that mean absolutely nothing. No real updates. No accountability. No solution. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers spend their hard-earned money and expect basic service and honesty. At this point, I have lost confidence in Zara’s online service completely.
I am extremely frustrated with RAM Couriers’ lack of service and communication. My delivery with tracking number OPT-257261676 has been marked as “out for delivery” since 30 November, yet to date I still have not received my parcel. I have made 14 phone calls trying to get assistance, which are not picked up despite letting the call ring for minutes on end. Their WhatsApp service has been completely unhelpful, with automated or generic responses that do not resolve anything. I am in urgent need of this shipment, and the total lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. At the very least, I expect someone from RAM to contact me directly with a proper update and a realistic delivery time. This experience has been exhausting and highly disappointing. I am requesting immediate intervention and delivery of my parcel.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Steve Madden South Africa regarding my recent online order (Tax Invoice #1362020). I placed and paid for my order on 5 August 2025, and to date the order status of one left item still shows “confirmed” but has not been packaged or handed over for delivery. It has now been over two weeks with no progress. I have sent multiple follow-up emails (on 11, 13, and 18 August) and even tried to call the number listed on the website several times, but no one ever answers the phone. To date, I have received no update and no solution re deliver of the one item left from order. This is extremely disappointing because Steve Madden has always been a trusted brand for me. I often prefer shopping online instead of going in-store, but this experience has left me very frustrated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to stop shopping at Steve Madden altogether. I kindly request urgent action: Provide a clear update on the status of my order. Ensure my items are shipped without any further delay, or alternatively process a full refund. I hope this matter will be addressed quickly.
I have been calling MTN countless times but no reply to talk directly to service Champion. More than a month ago however I managed to talk to one who refered me to another person who in turn told me to email my documents to calcel my contract to SME Cancellation <smecancellations@mtn.com> however I only got reply from this email weeks later that I can only cancel my contract via phone call (which is not going though). Meanwhile MTN is still busy debiting me for data I no longer use. THIS IS UPSETING AND FRUSTRATING. CAN MTN REPLY TO MY EMAILS WHICH HAVE ALL THE ATTACHMENTS THEY NEED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. What nonsense and poor service is this? When a person wants to apply for a loan you call within minutes but when calling for queries I keep being refereed from one person to another then eventually the last person puts me on hold transferring me to another person forever. I have settled my loan but you are still debting me, please answer my calls and reverse my money please. This is utterly frustrating. We are already living in difficult times with pay cuts etc yet you keep debiting payed up loans. Please answer your calls as quickly as when you want to give a person a loan.
