Really poor service. Communication from the company very poor. Had to constantly follow-up as no one was informing me regarding the entire move. Really to see good companies loose their values and company values.
Really bad service on repair that needed to be done on my car. Escalated on serval times, but Discovery Insure never responded to my requests.
Really bad customer service. Providing wrong tracking details and creating expectations regarding delivery. Really need to up your game when you engage with clients either via email or telephonically
Very poor customer service. Went to Diep River branch on 13/10/2020. On arrival there was no one available on the floor to assist me. I waited for 15 minutes without anyone even asking if they can assist me. When someone finally arrived he was so oblivious and not helpful at all.
Really poor service. Trying to get hold of a claims assessor Kedibone Moahlodi for two days to get an update on my claim but no response. Really did not expect this from Discovery
Really a bad experience. After my initial post about a week ago BW responded quickly with empty promises. Still waiting on feedback as to when I can receive my order. They promised to follow up and I am still waiting. Will never buy from them again.
Poor service. After waiting for a long time after ordering an item online the delivery was not made on the indicated delivery date. I do understand that lockdown has put pressure on getting the orders delivered on time. But at least have the decency to inform clients on the updated delivery date.
Excellent assistance from Willie Scholtz today. Was in an accident and when he called he was calm and gave clear instruction of all the necessary information needed. Follow up call was excellent and he allowed me to be more relax in order to convey the information needed to process the accident.
